  SCAM!!! I used this company in 2020 to help get rid of our time share. Now, 4 years later the time share is on my credit and I am trying to buy a house and need to pay all the overdue fees in order to close on the house. I paid them $4000 to send some letters and then tell me everything was done. Now, I owe the timeshare over $8000 so I can buy my house! I have copies of emails and letters stating the timeshare was cancelled.

  We paid them over ******* to get us out of our time shares and the did nothing or have done to help us it has been over 5 years and no one is ever there to answer their phones

  We have been scammed as well. Company who did the pitch was Shthwst ********** which took upfront fees and then ISG charges us additional $1300 for services. It made me select a star or is would have been zero.

  We are sorry you feel that you have been scammed. The fact that the resort refuses to respond to all the letters and emails we have sent over the past 2 years tells us the resort doesn't care about you at all, they just want you to keep paying them for something you did not buy. We will continue to help you any way we can and wont give up until they settle with you.

  If I could give a negative number of stars I certainly would. First of all, I paid Excursions more money than the time share to get to Integrity Solutions so I could have assistance exiting the timeshare that was misrepresented. My credit report was supposed to be undamaged, that didn't happen. I contacted ************* at Integrity Solutions who then replied to my email telling me to contact ********************************* who would help me resolve this issue and get my credit report fixed. NOBODY WILL RETURN MY CALLS OR RESPOND TO HELP ME. This is absolutely unbelievable, people work so hard and try to do something to enjoy life as they prepare to retire and only get preyed upon by these unscrupulous, devious individuals and their companies. They should all be jailed in my opinion. How can these people remain in business?

  It appears that DE Financial, who handles credit issues was supposed to take care of this for you. I will follow up and see why this did not happen. We apologize for this. If there are fees that need to be paid to have your credit repaired, ISG will cover the cost.

  This is a scam. I will say they did provide letters for us to send to the timeshare to get released from our obligation but it did not work. Now I want the transfer fee refunded because nothing was transferred and no one will answer the phone or return calls. I have been working with them since Jan. of 2021 with no luck in getting rid of our timeshare. I will give them a one star for what work they have done but not for returning my money or calls.*******************************

  We have have worked on this file since 2020. We have bent over backwards trying to work with Stonebridge ***. They tell the owners that they treat timeshare the same as real property because there is a ded involved. This means that the *** has an obligation for take the property back when owners fail to pay their *************** and this company refuses to take the property back and sell it to someone else. ******************************* just needs to ignore their request for paying more dues and ride out the storm.

  If it were possible to rate them at 1 star i would, empty promises, poor communication, rude behavior towards the client and absolutely no promise of getting the job done you are paying them to do with your hard earned money. They only followed up our phone calls when I threatened to write a bad review. When i questioned them about the process they kept saying we covered that and it is the paperwork we signed. They also told us to lie to the time share company, which was no where in their paperwork they reviewed with us at the beginning of the process. Their tactics have the potential of putting your credit rating at risk, which none of us can afford. I would stay far away from ********** in Branson MO, they lure you in to a deal where they tell you they will get you out of your time share - don't buy into the nonsense. I called excursions back to tell them Integrity Solutions was not getting the job done and they blew me off saying Integrity was a third party vendor, i reminded them, they ********* use Integrity via Resort Advisors and it reflects poorly on ********** that they are affiliated with these rip off artists - taking the money and not getting the job done or taking up to 2.5 years. All in all stay away from this company at all costs. I ended up settling with the timeshare myself with absolutely no help from Integrity, save your money and you won't be told to lie!

  Integrity Solutions Group never received the paperwork until the end of April. We always go over our process with the client prior to moving forward. There seems to be a misunderstanding as to how our process works. We explained this to the client and they did not agree with us moving forward.
