      I attended a seminar December 2021 about a timeshare exit. They convinced me they would be able to terminate my contract with my timeshare and I would no longer be an owner. I ended up with this timeshare after a divorce in 2001 and didn’t ever want it and have never used it. I cannot afford to keep up with the maintenance fees as I am on a retirement income. I paid $5000 to ********* **** *** ***** plus and additional $1300 for supposed attorney fees. I was told it would take up to 12-18 months for this to happen. I was told to stop paying my maintenance fees immediately. NO WHERE did they mention that it would be passed on to a sister company (who I deal with now, Integrity Solutions) or that I would be the one having to send the letters, and take them to the post office, pay to have the sent to the resort, certified… and then to make it LOOK like they are doing something, I have to send copies of monthly statements from the resort (showing them that I am NOT paying my fees monthly) as well as the receipt of the certified payment I pay at the post office. What did I pay the attorneys to do for $5000? It was NEVER stated I would be doing all of the legwork or anything of the sort in the step by step process they went over. They also said I was never to contact my resort at ANY TIME. I feel they totally have taken my money and are just stringing me along and we are getting NO WHERE. I have looked them up on the BBB and they have been reported for fraud, which I feel I am also a victim of. I have since learned that their process is to make you stop paying your monthly fees so that the resort will eventually file foreclosure on you… damaging MY credit… but making it look like Integrity Solutions did their job. This is totally fraudulent and this company is scamming people and taking money to unsuspecting people that desperately are needing out of their timeshares such as myself.

      Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to respond to this complaint. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction, so we regret to hear that this client has not had an acceptable experience. We have tried to contact this client on several occasions since receiving this complaint to go over her case and try to help clarify the scope of our service, unfortunately, we have not been able to connect with her as of yet. 

      In regards to receiving a refund, this client did not pay our company directly for our service. She would need to contact the company that she signed up through in order to determine whether or not she would be eligible. 

      In closing, we would welcome this client to contact our office directly so we can further discuss her case & any concerns she might have.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      This company is hired as a "third party company" from ********* **** *** ***** to do the work.  So they are working along side each other to do this business.  Each know exactly what the process is to eventually get the unsuspecting consumer into what will be a foreclosure on the said timeshare property, thus making it LOOK like they did what they promised by getting you out of your time share contract, when in fact now you have a foreclosure on your record and credit is damaged.  They definitely work in tandem to do make it appear appealing to the desperate time share owners and make it sound so legitimate but in fact in the long run, it just further damages the clients credit even worse.
