    If I could give them a 0 number wise I would basically Someone that works for True coverage LLC address **** ********* **** ** **** * ************** ********** the lady’s name was ****** ******* me and my husband just found out about this insurance exsists as of last week we didn’t apply for it the lady listed above fraudulent did and I called *************  talked to 3 different women asked to speak to supervisor they said they didn’t have one this company is not legit we are having to get a lawyer and sue and it’s being investigated for fraud bc the lady commuted health care fraud I just wanted to make the company aware of what was going on I feel bad bc there is good people out there that they take advantage of pleaee don’t give out your info bc they will steal your identity like they did my husbands
    My husband has hiv and goes to ****** ********* and gets his meds filled there and last week they wouldn’t fill them bc of this fraudulent insurance policy someone filed on my husband I played heck tryin to cancel it but it’s now canceled the application number is *********** the cancellation number is ********** please get back with us asap

    It was nice meeting and talking with you over the phone on Thu Feb 2nd...although the topic was of high concern for us both, I did enjoy meeting and speaking with you.

    We do show a policy sold to your husband ******* ********* in Q1 of 2022 and that the policy was renewed earlier this year.

    After sharing the audio recording of the sale, you mentioned you believe your husband identify was stolen and you believed that that was not his voice on the recording.

    Given this statement, your policy was canceled, and we both agree that your TrueCoverage agent is/was honest and trustworthy, and she did nothing wrong...given your statement, she was scammed as well.

    Prescriptions are important and we do sympathize with this stressful experience that you and your husband endured. Please let us know that this resolved your concerns and hope you will see fit to withdrawal your complaint.

    True Coverage is in violation of the telephone consumer protection act. (TCPS) I have never solicited ANY conversation with Obama care with sms message that directs me to you...I have been unable to stop your round the clock text/sms messages that pop up on my phone. Two just in past 30 min...I have yelled and screamed at the number they provide advertising "Obama Care" as if I solucited this non stop harrassment. I was assured I was taken off and put on your do not call list. TO NO AVAIL

    I also called true Care customer service rep at 4:45 pm today and spoke with a "***** ******** from NM office. She could not get a manager on the line to speak with me nor could she help me, of course, to stop your criminal harrassment behavior. According to the violations, ...you owe me thousands.

    I will suffice with $2,000

    You are also in violation of FCC & CTIA

    PAY UP & CEASE and DESIST

    I will file complaints with all other agencies and considering legal action

    we do not show a call to you. We do show and Inbound call from you to us, on Jan 14, 2022.

     

    I will alert the 3rd party marketing company executing the campaign and have them give you a call.  We have placed your number on our internal DNC list as well.

    I receive 10-20 calls a day trying to sell me health insurance despite being on the do not call registry for over a decade. Today's call was from True Coverage, using a call center in India to initiate the call and ask screening questions. When I was connected to an agent, I confirmed that the company was True Coverage, but the agent hung up on me before I could request to be removed.

    are multiple marketing companies reaching out to consumers that have expressed
    interest in health insurance and doing so on behalf of multiple other insurance
    carriers, agencies and agents.

    We
    do show multiple Inbound call attempts from you from Jan 12th – Jan
    26th….these are calls from you directly to us. 

    Each
    and every call from you was blocked by our call system as you are on the DNC
    list…there was no interaction with one of our agents.

    We
    do sympathize with you getting unwanted calls….they are not from TrueCoverage.

    I'm an independent insurance agent working with TrueCoverage. During 2021 and 2022 I helped numerous clients obtain health insurance and TrueCoverage was supposed to transfer my commission on a monthly basis but they didn't.
    I contacted them numerous times and signed the required papers and still, no commission is paid.
    I tried to contact them many times with no response.
