    On Sunday September 1, 2024 I purchased a $39.99 bottle of CBD gummies from a company called **********, but an hour later, when I checked my credit card, I found a pending charge of $239.99 from a company called Get Full Body company, (GFB)?? I called GFB (************), an hour after the online purchase to correct my order and to get the proper refund. GFB said they couldn’t do that and offered several different multiple bottle discounts on the same phone call which didn’t make any sense?? Why in the world would I want 4 or 6 bottles when I just wanted 1 bottle to sample the product?
    Several phone calls later, with no resolve to my single bottle order, I told GFB, I was no longer interested in dealing with their company and wanted to cancel everything and get a full refund of $239.99. The primary reasons for cancelling was that GFB said the only way to cancel was to accept a 6 bottle shipment and send an RMA and the product back to the company and receive a restocking fee of $8.96 for each bottle. ($53,67), This sounded crazy and it sounded fraudulent that is why I am asking your organization for help.

    Subsequently GFB sent an email saying they were sending 6 bottles to arrive Sep 6. I believe their plan was to make me do an RMA and charge me 6 times $8.96 for restocking ($53,67). On Sept 6th, I was able to refuse the package via a sign on my door., Thus I never saw the package and USPS returned it to the original sender in Pinellas Park, Florida, at 11:12 AM.
    I still want a $239.99 refund.

    alleviate some of the confusion that is leading to this complaint.

    We show on September 01, 2024, *** ****** placed an order for ********** CBD Gummies (6 Bottles). They were $39.99 a piece. Since *** ****** ordered 6 bottles, this is why he was billed that amount. We show he did reach out to customer service via email, he was offered a partial refund. He also called in and was offered multiple partial refunds but by the time he called the product had already shipped. He was given return information to be able to return for a full refund. In that time frame. *** ****** disputed the charges with his bank. HIs bank has credited him the money back. Once an account is flagged as chargeback, we no longer have access to process a refund.

    We do show the package was RTS on September 06, 2024. Usually when packages are RTS they take longer to pass through USPS due to payment not being made to ship a product to another location. Unfortunately, as previously stated we are unable to process a refund as the refund has already been issued by *** ******** bank.

    I purchased gummies accidentally when my credit card requested confirmation I wanted to place the order. After noticing the charge went through, I requested the company cancel the order and refund my money.

    The company emailed me to tell me they didn’t give refunds but offered me a small amount. I pushed back demanding a full refund after which they increased the offer for a refund to $155.99. I indicated they could process that as an initial refund but I expected the remainder refunded as well.

    They have not done so. This is a business practice that seems standard operating procedure for this company. My expectation is to receive the remaining $84 refunded ASAP.

    I will gladly return the box they shipped unopened back to them.

    On 5/6/2024 I ordered a bottle of Gummies for $39.99. When I received the confirmation (within a hour) it showed an order for 6 bottles totalling $239.99. I contacted the company to get the order changed/canceled and they said there was nothing they could do about.

    Tried to stop payment through my bank but as the charge was pending they couldn't do anything and I would have to wait until it cleared and put in a dispute.

    On 2/4/24 I ordered The gummies on line. I received the package within a week. On 3/11 I received another package. I went on line and found I had been charged an additional 239.99 for these. I called on 3/12 at 12:22 and spoke with ****??? and was told I signed up for a subscription. I told her I had not signed up for a subscription and I wanted to return the product and get my full refund. She told me there are no returns and I could only get a $89 refund. I said that was not acceptable and that I felt what they were doing was fraud. She put me on hold and came back saying she was able to get credit for 119.99 and that was all. This is not acceptable. I expect a full credit. I did not sign up for a subscription and I should not be charged for something that they claim can't be returned the day after receipt. I want my full credit. If they want their product back just provide an address to ship to and a call tag. I would think that this is considered mail fraud since they are sending through the US Postal service.

    We do show on February 04, 2024 Ms. ********** placed an order for Leapketo ACV 6 bottles. When you place your order you do have the option to choose one time purchase or recurring. It appears that Ms. ********** selected the recurring option, which is why a new order came out. I do see the partial refund agreed to on March 12, 2024. Not to worry, I have gone ahead and issued the remainder of the refund.

    On 1/29/2024 I received an e-mail from ******** card asking if a charge of $239.00 from "Get Full Body *********** CA" was valid. I advised no, and ******** denied the charge, however the vendor continued to try to charge my credit card during the day and eventually succeeded. The charge should have only been $39.99, however as I said I was charged $239.99. I contacted the vendor and I was told there were no refunds and no returns even though I did not order $239.00 worth of merchandise. After some time on the phone, **** put me on hold and then advised me that her supervisor approved a $120.00 credit and it would appear in 3-5 days on my ******** card. **** said the only reason why she could credit me this much is because the supervisor oked it as an
    employee discount. She also said I would receive an e-mail regarding the credit. As of today, 2/6/2024, no e-mail and no credit has arrived on my ******** account. I only agreed to the credit of $120.00 because **** advised it was a credit or nothing. I did receive 6 bottles of the product via USmail, however the product is not exaclty as discribed in the advertisent. I am requesting a full refund and would like to return all the products. I would like Get Full Body to send me a retrun authorization number so I can return the products with no additional cost to me. Also, the number associated with Full Body, *********** CA on my credit card is the same phone number listed on the BBB in Albuqurque in New Mexico.     I was enrolled (fine print requirement) in a recurring order for Gel Full Body products at a cost of $239.99. When I received my November statement and saw the recurring charge, I contact Full Body to cancel and request a refund. They said I could not cancel until I returned the merchandise since it had already been shipped and that I would have to be an $8 restocking charge for each bottle. That was all I was told to do. When the shipment arrived, I went to the post office and refused and returned the package. (I have a copy of the label and note from Post Office). I then followed up with emails on 11/25/2023, 1/10/2024 and 2/2/2024. I called this morning and spoke with **** who informed me that I had not received a return voucher for the merchandise and therefore could not be refunded. At no time during my initial call did they inform me that I had to complete a return voucher. They record their calls. I told him to review the initial call and they could confirm I was not told to prepare a voucher or that I would need one. I have proof of return, they received the merchandise, but are until refund me.

    I looked at purchasing a product for $39.99 from this company. I proceeded to try to check out but an another page popped up stating other customes had purchased additional products. I immediately backed out of this page and did not finalize the order. This company charged my credit card $239.99. I have contacted this company repeatedly and been advised my account is closed and they are unable to process a refund. **** **** advises me the funds have been charged back to ***** **** *******. I feel this is a fradulent charge since I did not finalize an order. I did receive a package from them which I returned unopened and they acknowledge receipt of the package.

We show the package was delivered on December 12, 2023 ********************************************************************************. 12/04/2023 11:51pm - Order was flagged as chargeback. The first contact received by Ms. ***** was on January 20, 2024. MS. ***** called and asked for a refund and she was advised the account is flagged as chargeback, the bank already provided the refund back to Ms. *****.

    Unfortunately, since there is a chargeback on the account, we are unable to process any kind of refund. We don't have the ability to process a refund once there has been a chargeback. I hope this information helps!

    I ordered diet pulls Joy Keto + ACV gummies off ********, 10-27-23. It took 6 days to deliver to my house. They give you 30 days to call back to return it to get my money back. I called back 11-30-23. It took my 25 days I never lost any weight and they refuse to refund my money. Its fraud

This must be agreed to prior to the order being processed. You have to check a box agreeing to the terms for the order to be finalized and placed. Mr. ******** would have needed to have the package back in our warehouse by November 26, 2023. We do understand trying products can take time. We show the account was cancelled that same day. The confirmaton is cancellation is C-******.

    Nov. 15 Responded to a pop up on the internet add and excepted the advertised offer of a trial for the product of Keto Gummies for weight loss. What I thought was $40.00 turned out to be 239.00. I tried to cancel seconds later when I received the charge. I called immediately TO CANCEL THE ORDER and was informed that it was too late, despite the fact I called immediately. They agreed to credit my card back $89.00, but I was stuck with the remaining bill. I Reluctantly agreed and assumed it was the last I'd hear about it. However (even though they knew I called TO CANCEL) they didn't cancel an unknown RECURRING MONTHLY CHARGE of a continued $239.99 (upgraded by an additional .99cents). I believe this is designed to be an indefinite recurring charge that would go unnoticed by any unsuspecting consumers who fail to check Credit Card charges. Today Dec !5 2023 a little past midnight I received a text informing me of the new charge (my 2nd Charge) and I immediately called to cancel. However, I was forced to wait until Customer Service hrs opened at 8AM. I called exactly at 8AM. Was told my account, phone number, and email wasn't in their system and referred to 3 different phone numbers, all with the same reply. I called back later at approximately 1pm and suddenly my account, phone, email was all found and available. I received the same response from the previous month, that it was too late to cancel the transaction. During the ensuing debate I was informed that despite my desire to cancel my Nov order, and reluctantly agreeing to accept the $89 credit as a concession, they decided that the phrase (CANCEL THE ORDER) didn't include canceling the automatic recurring charge and product! They stipulate to continue the December transaction as allocated for $239.99. I disputed the charge immediately with my credit card company. At present I'm still held responsible for the charge.     We do show on November 15, 2023 an order was placed for the Joy Keto + ACV and Mr. ****** did call in requesting to cancel his order but agreed to keep for a refund of $83.99.
