They did a small remodel of my kitchen in October of last year. There were two new drawer fronts that don't match the rest of the kitchen. I asked them to replace them. I also asked for a cabinet door to be secured to pull out properly. I have had two visits from the warranty people after many calls with no call back. Each time I provided sample drawer fronts which cost me ~$100 each. The second visit included the warranty person to ruin the pull out cabinet door as it is too thin to have attached the hardware there which I had told him. He said they would replace that door, too, and properly secure it. I gave him a sample cabinet door, another ~$100. I have not heard back from anyone even though I have called several times This was sometime in June.Business Response

On May 10, 2022 my wife and I signed to have our master bathroom shower remodeled by Dreamstyle Remodeling. Because of supply chain issues it was started some months later. Dreamstyle completed the actual shower area. Their sub contractor that was to do the glass work came out four or five weeks later to do the measurements. On December 5, 2022 the glass was installed. On December 7, 2022 I noticed a large chip in the glass door. I contacted Dreamstyle, *****, and I reported it. I also sent him pictures. In the next months I called ***** several more times. On or about July 10,2023 I person from the glass company came out to fix the chip. He said the chip was too big to sand down and the door would have to be replaced. On August 7, 2023 a person from the glass company came and took the door off of the shower. Two glass company people brought back the replacement door on August 11, 2023. After looking it over after they left, I noticed that the frame that holds the door in place was not put back together properly. On August 11,2023 I call ***** at Dreamstyle to report the problem. He didn't answer his phone so I left a message. On August 18, 2023 I called Dreamstyle again and wanted to talk to someone above *****. I was transferred to a supervisor but I again had to leave a message. Since I didn't receive a call by midday of August 21, 2023 I called again to Dreamstyle. This time a person by the name of ******* answered. I started to tell him what I needed but he didn't wait for me to finish but just transferred me to someone else. Of course, again no one answered and I was forced to leave a message. When we signed to get the shower redone, Dreamstyle was offering two year financing with no interest. We took that plan. We now have approximately 70% of the loan paid off and we still don't have a completed shower. The loan is with another company, Dreamstyle and the glass sub contractor have received all of their money.

To whom it may concern,
I received a response to my complaint aganst Dreamstyle Remodeling from BBB. It states that they (Dreamstyle) contacted me and said that they had contacted a third party company to come out to fix my door. The third party is not very responsive. The original door had a chip in it and I reported that to Dreamstyle within two days of installation. It took the third party vendor seven months to come out and look at the chip. It was then decided that the chip was too big to fix and I needed a new door. A few weeks later they brought out the new door. When they installed it, the frame that holds the door in place was not put back together correctly. They also did not put the bottom sweep on the door and I now have an opening that allows water to run out onto the bathroom floor.
I am not sure that I got the correct door back. It appears to be thinner glass than my original door that I purchased. I would like someone from Dreamstyle to come out and look at my problems and address them in a correct manner. I can be reached on my cell phone.. *** ********

I am rejecting this response because: The technician did visit and repaired the following items...1. Put the frame back together. 2. Put a sweep on the bottom of the door.What he didn't finalize is the problem of the door thickness. ***** from Dreamstyle said he would contact the glass people and work on that resolution. That is not completed. The leak along the bottom has been fixed but the leak along the side of the door is not fixed.

I had a shower put in by this company. There still some work to be done. I called the workers that put in the shower and he told me to contact the company. I have called and left messages about a dozen times. I have spoken to a couple of customer reps. who were going to have someone get in touch with me, and it has not happen. It has been impossible to get someone to contact me regarding faulty material/workmanship on shower conversion. The shower doors have completely fallen off railing and I have tried numerous times to get someone to come reinstall but all I get is a promise of a phone call without ever receiving one. A little history; I had two shower conversions, both have had improper drain pipe installation resulting in costly structural damage. Also the shower doors continuously jam on rail, this time they completely dislodged from track. I have had tremendous regret and costly repairs as a result of choosing this company. The workmanship is shoddy and impossible to get someone to respond to any calls. I NEED for someone to reinstall doors on track, obviously if I could do it myself (70 yr old female) I wouldn't even bother with them.Business Response

I had my shower and floors re-done just over 2 years ago. My shower door has come off the track due to the mechanism loosening and breaking. I have been calling and leaving messages with "****" in the service department for 3 weeks. I have also filled out forms online asking for service, and I even have called the main number and they said they would have someone reach out. I was told that I would have a lifetime warranty. That is not any good if I can't get a hold of anybody.Business Response

We contracted Dreamstyle to install a shower. Floor pan was defective. Since April of 2023 I have been trying to get the warranty work completed. Two times now, Dreamstyle has scheduled a service call and not shown up. No call……no nothing. I have left messages for the service coordinator, the project manager and numerous others with zero call backs. This is a second home for us, so every time we make a trip here, it’s a 150 mile round trip. Tired of wasting gas to get here only to find out Dreamstyle isn’t showing up. Never a problem getting a call back when they were trying to sell the product but now that there’s a problem, they are no where to be found. Looks like I’ll have to open an arbitration case as per their contract.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:
The repair did not resolve the problem. The water leak is actually worse than before the service call. It appears that the seal that was installed was installed on the wrong side of the door. We now have an even larger pool of water on the floor each time we use the shower. I’ve left numerous messages with Dreamstyle but have received no response.

Dreamstyle installed a large nice custom bathtub with a hand held shower handle. The shower handle has broken and the drain in the bathtub does not work right and they have been saying parts are on order and they will come make repairs for months and we have not been able to contact them.Business Response

Work to be done, Three brand new exterior doors on our house.
Since then we have had several issues with the locking mechanisms on two of the doors. The company dreamstylers have replaced the main door locking mechanism 4 times. This last time we were left not able to use our keys to unlock the door. Now the door won’t open from the inside. I have contacted the company and all the said is new locking mechanisms weee being ordered. I requesting the manager or someone higher in charge to contact me about this issues. That was over two weeks ago. My back door automatically locks every time you turn the handle. This has caused me to get locked out of the house three times.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:
Yes the problems were resolved after waiting 5 different attempts of fixing said problem, getting locked out of my own house and not being use the product we paid for (our front door to our house). I am still not pleased that the operations manager never returned my messages and that it took so long to fix the issue. From the initial compliant to fix was about 8-10 months. Additionally I believe we will have issues in the future because the locking mechanism. It’s just a bad design from the company.

First visit was July 2,22. I was told and the initial paper said it would be a 10-14 week process. The shower was installed the week after Thanksgiving plus I had to wait for the glass and door to be installed in Mid to late January. It has leaked from both sides of the door and the bottom.
