  Our sales *** from Trinity was fantasticprofessional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. We live in *******, ** We signed a 25-year P2P contract in December 2024 with confidence, based on the promises made during that visit.The system was installed in January 2025, and we were told it would be activated within about three months. As of mid-July, the solar panels still arent running, and weve received no clear timeline for activation. We're being redirected to ******* and *****************, and each ***ly is vague and *************** make matters worse, we received a formal notice on June 8, 2025, stating that ********** manages our financingfiled for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in the **** Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas. While the notice claimed ******* would continue business and servicing existing systems, our experience says otherwise.Trinity also promised a $1,000 referral check within 12 weeks (to us and the couple that recommended us), but its now 1314 weeks and still nothing. Weve followed up with no resolution.Even with an excellent salesperson, this entire process has been disappointing. Trinity sold us a full solar solution, but has not delivered activation or accountability. Until this is resolved, I cant recommend them.

  Predatory and Dangerous Trinity Solar Failed Me Two of my solar panels werent working for months Trinity didnt notice. Then they removed them from my roof without asking, and charged me over $1,000 to replace them (including $700 for critter guards I never requested).Their equipment also caused a roof fire, which I learned wouldnt have been covered by insurance or their warranty due to how long the panels had been failing. When they offered a courtesy repair, the document tried to waive all liability, now and in the future.I made over 15 calls, most ignored, and went nearly 3 months without resolution.Trinity Solar is predatory, negligent, and evasive. Be very careful.

  I decided to install solar panels due to the high electric rates in ***********. I was very happy with the way Trinity Solar handled the whole process. I am referring to the $1000 incentive checks that was supposed to come at the end of May. I referred by my neighbor. I was told to reach the accounting department, but was not given a phone number beyond that. Also, concerned that the incentive check wont come because of the chapter 11 filing by one of their partners, **************. They do have receipt of my W-9z

  I was approached by a *** at **********, he was polite and helped me find some parts for my pool that I needed. Since they have been around almost 35 yrs. and a neighbor of mine had a great experience, I decided to meet with their ***. ***** was plenty of communication and the *** arrived on time. He was properly identified and professional. After hearing our interests and restrictions on where we were willing to place their panels, he quickly thanked us for our interest and said that he could not provide us with solar panels. He did not waste our time and was not aggressive. He offered to come back if we changed our minds. It was a excellent experience. I recommend your give them a try if you are interested in solar energy.

  My experience with Trinity up until now has been a good one. My sales *** was. Wry effective and informative, the install went very well and as planned. I had solar installed in 2023. I recently noticed a panel on my garage after a serious windy weekend was broken. I am not sure if it was my kids or by a flying branch, my kids said it wasnt them. Anyways , I called Sunova in March to get this panel replaced, I explained to the woman the details I listed above, she asked me to take pictures and send to her, she then stated if it was my fault I would have to pay for it. I do not know how to establish fault but in any instance I still wanted the panel fixed. I took the pictures for her and I did get a case number. Thats it , no one ever called me to schedule the repair, nor to even inquire about it. I called my *** and he sent the info to someone else, still nothing. It has been over 2 months since the initial call and still nothing. The whole service experience has really turned me from recommending Trinity to my friends and family to telling them to shop around because this company does not react to nor service their products in a timely manner. We do enjoy the savings but it is now minus 1 panel so I dont helper the full savings and benefits of having solar. Very discouraging and I get emails about recommending to people for a finders fee. Why would I want to get my neighbors mad at me.

  I cannot praise enough the Trinity Solar team !!! From ********* ****** our contact representative, to the install team that was respectful of our property and cleaned up after the job is done, to their taking care of a rodent nest under a set of panels you will not find a better company. All that even before we started enjoying the benefits and savings of going Solar!!!!

  For many years Trinity has been harassing me and my family. Every year for multiple years they come to my house and resume to leave. They approach me multiple times in **********. They refuse to take no for an answer. They kept wanting to angry with me. Why don't you have solar? Why don't you want solar? I leave on the side of a mountain in the *****. Not a single house around has solar! I need to get a restraining order or something again this company! They say it is FREE! why don't you want free solar. I have list multiple fact to the contrary! It has gotten so bad. I have asked multiple times for them to leave me allow but they refuse.

  Complete deception from Trinity. I was told by my sales *** that when I needed a new roof there would be a $500 charge to remove and ***lace the panels. Total c*** They are charging me $6,000!! They don't want to hear anything and now I am stuck with a leaking roof or get over charged by this lying company.

  Worst solar company, was offered money to put solar panels on my roof and was never paid. When i soeak to them about it, they continue to tell me that they have no idea what im talking about and to call the person who came to my house, i want these solar panels off my roof.
