dotphoto reprintsany order of printed material that does not match the quality of the photos oris not received. They may ask for customers to send photos of the damaged goodsor to return the originals so that they can make appropriate adjustments to theprinting process. The dotphoto system provides warnings for photos that areover-cropped or have poor resolution; they cannot guarantee satisfaction foritems that are printed without regard to these warnings.
NEW MEMBERSHIPSATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If a new dotPhotoClub Member is not satisfied with the dotPhoto ClubPlan, notify them within 30 days of purchase for a fullrefund of $19.99.
To submit a refundrequest online, please email them at [email protected] the reason you are dissatisified, your name, your dotPhoto login, yourpayment type, the last four numbers of the credit card that you used, and thedate that you joined. You can also mail your refund request to dotPhoto, ATTN:Satisfaction Guaranteed, Box 92, Titusville, NJ  08560.  Pleaseinclude your name, your dotPhoto login, your payment type, the last fournumbers of the credit card that you used, and the date that you joined.

 • Appliesonly to new Club members. If you have used the Club Plan or another dotPhotoPlan in the past, this guarantee does not apply.
 • Appliesonly to the dotPhoto Club Plan -- does not apply to prints or other purchases.Please contact customer service if you have a quality issue with an order.
