Dotphoto deleted our account with thousands of photos. I attempted to buy cds of our photos but they would not allow it. I hadn't logged on to our account for a while so they deleted everything.

dotphoto Terms & Conditions have since our founding in **** required users to interact regularly with their photos that are stored on the site -- at least several times a year. The ********* last visit to their account was in 2014:

Most Recent Purchase: 2/20/2009 11:32:23 AMTo claim that dotphoto is responsible for their abandoned photos is like moving out of your house, leaving your furniture in the yard, and returning 7 years later to ask what became of the furniture. The Kochmans have not actually purchased anything from dotphoto since 2009. They have not abided by the Terms and Conditions of the site, and would not be considered "customers" of most businesses.
