      This is a rip off! They charge you even if you do not finish completing the process and decide not to do it. Of course they take your credit card info first!I never received any shots or reminders that I was being charged! Do not put in your credit card info into this site!

      To whom it may concern at the Better Business Bureau,I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with Remedy Meds regarding my recent experience with their pharmacy services.Despite assurances that my prescribed medication dosage would be honored as previously received, I was instead provided with a lesser amount, directly contradicting their commitment to my treatment plan. This discrepancy has not only caused undue stress but also compromised my health.Furthermore, when I raised concerns and requested a reimbursement for the oversight, I was met with denial and a lack of accountability. Remedy Meds' failure to rectify their mistake or adequately address my concerns reflects a severe lapse in customer service and ************** a consumer, I feel it is my obligation to inform others of such deceptive practices and to caution them against relying on Remedy Meds for their pharmaceutical needs.I urge the Better Business Bureau to investigate Remedy Meds' practices and take appropriate action to prevent further mistreatment of customers.Sincerely,***** ********

      A provider from this company was supposed to be on a Zoom call and never showed up to the Zoom call. Then I called the number that was on the scheduled appointment, spoke with Brea, who was extremely rude and unprofessional. When you have an unhappy client and you work in customer service, you should learn how to handle yourself as an educated, professional woman. She couldnt find my information, which I gave to her 3 times, (I even had to spell my first and last name 3 times), then she said I need to reschedule you. The scheduled time that was supposed to take place on 06/03/2025 at 9am should have taken place, and their provider never came on the call, after being on the call for 15 minutes. I work 3 jobs and do not have time to keep making appointments because their employees do not do their job. They took ****** from my account, so it is not like my part wasn't done. I paid. They ordered labs, that came back with high cholesterol, no provider called me about that either. They take your money, they do not show for the scheduled appointments and have people answer their calls who are nasty, unprofessional and uneducated when dealing with frustrated customers. This company is a scam and all they want is your money.

      I took the "quiz" to see if I qualify for GLP-1. I was immediately declined. I emailed the company to find out why and they refuse to tell me. They simply stated that "[t]he decision was based on the information provided in the medical questionnaire, which considers various factors such as BMI, health history, and overall health. I wish I could share more specific details, but unfortunately, due to compliance regulations, we are unable to do so." "Compliance regulations"? BS - I gave you MY personal health information - you can tell me why you are too good to take my money.

      ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!! Ive spoken with multiple **** and no one can give a straight answer. I am only in my 2nd month (well I should be) and still havent received my medication. The first month they canceled my order and couldnt figure out why, then almost sent me a 2nd shipment for zero reason and now this month I did exactly what I was supposed to do for a refill and have been feeling so much better and guess what? I havent no medication and it was due 4 days ago and Ive been sick all weekend. They canceled my original order on the 23rd and recreated one for who knows what reason on the 28th and it still hasnt shipped and they dont know when it will get here! No one knows whats going on but Ill NEVER use this company or recommend it to anyone. Any progress you made over the 1st month is gone by the time you get your next meds, if ever.

      Made an inital purchase, after telehealth. Received medication, which only had two doses. I was told to do another telehealth which i did. The doctor informed me i was the THIRD person she had spoke to who had this occur. She assured me it would be resolved. I was NEVER told not to toss the vial, and b/c I did they would NOT honor anything. After a month! and 20 plus phone calls and emails, to include someone ELSE's LAB WORK, they charged me again! EVEN BETTER that was May 14 and i still don't have that shipment! Just got off the phone again, and NO ONE CAN EVEN TELL ME WHERE IT IS!

      This company is a scam, and doesn't honor anything. I figured since they charged me I would wait and receive that and cancel. I am 600$ into this for basically NOTHING but nonsense.


      Each phone call rendered a different answer or some useless supervisor who as of yesterday told me I was SOL!!

      They delivered medication as advertised but not as discussed on the phone with their associates. Call 1 with associate - asked if oral med available -answer NO. Call 2 with medical provider - asked if oral med available - answer YES and she said that is what they would send me. Call 3 - after notification that my injectable med was in process I called again - was told it appeared i had two meds ordered - he would check into it and call me back - NO CALL BACK. Call 4 - after notification my meds were about to ship I called to find out which meds they were referring to - after 10 minutes waiting while the lady checked she asked if she could call me back - NO CALL BACK. I received the injectable med - it is fine but this company’s service team are not well informed regarding available meds and apparently don’t know how to make a phone call.

      This company refused to refund me for my Rx even though they did not deliver the prescription and could not deliver the Rx in time to maintain my course of treatment. I called and spoke with multiple reps over days, when they were unable to deliver in a timely manner, they agreed to cancel my prescription and refund my payment. I then received an automated email saying that they could not refund me because the prescription was "released to the pharmacy", but the reps all indicated that once released it could 7-14 days to arrive, which would have led to a gap in coverage and is non-compliant with GLP-1 protocols.
      They refer me to the Terms of Service, basically avoiding taking responsibility for delivering me my Rx.

      First appt and medication delivery was seamless, no issues. The first month's prescription did absolutely nothing to suppress my appetite, as I had always known it to do. Liquid inside the vial was red which is the color of Vitamin B12. I was told it was a different drug being compounded with the tirzepetide. I was then charged $398.99 for the next months prescription. On 4/24/25, one day before my rx was due, I received an email stating "your medication is slightly delayed at one of our pharmacy partners, Boothwyn. We've had a large surge in demand over the last week, creating a one-time backlog of orders for just a few extra days" and telling me it would be "shipping out very soon." On 4/27/25, after now going 3 days without the medication, I began looking into Remedy Meds & found this to be a recently common issue where patients were charged for prescriptions they never received and they refused to refund anyone. Learning of this, I immediately canceled my subscription and requested refund. They responded right away confirming they had canceled my subscription but refusing to refund me because "the prescription was already sent to the pharmacy." I called the pharmacy myself, they didn't have a prescription for me. I told them if/when they receive one, I want it canceled as I do not want it. I was told they can't cancel it, that I had to cancel it with Remedy Meds. On 4/28/25 at 830pm, I received a notification from UPS that a shipment was be next day aired to me, arriving on 4/29/25 from Boothwyn Pharmacy. I emailed Boothwyn & again reiterated there should be no prescription to send me as I have canceled it. On 4/29/25, I filed a dispute with my credit card company for the charges. To note, the UPS tracking number only shows as a shipping label being created, and clearly states that UPS does not have a package in their possession, that only a shipping label was created. Shady business all around. Just check all of the BBB complaints!
