I am rejecting this response because:
For the months listed I did not receive any medication or consult and thats what the subscription provides. I dont see any where in the policy that stats what happens if medication is not received only about so many days after medication is received

We were able to issue one refund per our billing policy.Customer Answer
Date: 11/20/2025
Complaint: 24152355
I am rejecting this response because:
I did not receive any consultation and I have not received any product or medication which is what the subscription covers and for that reason I believe I should be due a refund and in your policies it does not state Anything about what would happen if no medication is received. So therefore, I believe I should at least be credited the amount for medication for those several months

On 11/12/2025 RemedyMeds deducted $299.00 from my checking account and I never authorized an auto deduction. I have not ordered a refill for the month of November. I want a refund of $299.00 to my checking account ****. I contacted them and spoke to a supervisor I was told that an auto deduction was a part of their practices but I was never told that nor was that ever explained to me. They led me to believe I would be charged upon a refill request. I wasn't charged in October until I submitted for a refill request.Business Response

Our team was able to refund your most recent charge! Please keep in mind that this is a subscription-based service, meaning every *************************************************************************************** the future if there is ever a month where you know you will not be requesting medication, please reach out to our support team to ask to have your next billing date moved back. Kindly keep in mind that if you wish to place a refill request for the month of November that we will need a payment on file for the month before we can issue the refill request. Your review mentioned that when you previously ordered that you were only billed once you requested the medication, however in actuality the 28 day billing timeline aligned with your refill in those scenarios- otherwise we manually push a charge so that we can process your refill request.Customer Answer

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Although I have to wait 3-5 business days for the refund to show up which has caused an overdraft and an additional charge; which isn't acceptable.

I just discovered that I have been auto billed $299/month for each of the last 4 months on my credit card (dates 8/5, 9/2, 9/30 and 10/28). These 4 charges were for monthly medication for the months of Aug/Sept/Oct/Nov and I have NOT received any medication from them for these 4 months as they were unable to resolve or offer any viable solutions to the issues* I was having with the medication I received in Jun/July, 2025.I called into their office again on 11/7/2025 and spoke to **************** who advised me that their ************* would contact me re: refund via email. I then received an email from their ************* who advised they will not refund my money once theyve auto billed so I am writing to request your assistance to secure a refund.Thank you.*Note: The company was unable to offer any alternatives or assurances that the medication I had received for the prior months of Jun/Jul was indeed the formulary for what I was agreeing to pay for so I informed them I had no choice but to discontinue any orders going forward.Business Response

Our team can see that you emailed us on June 18th with a photo of your medication with the subject line being "replacement", however when we responded back to you on June 18th asking for clarification surrounding your concern, we did not receive a response back from you. If you decided to stop using our services after this encounter in June then you would have needed to submit a cancelation request so that you are no longer billed for the subscription service. We did not receive a cancellation request until 11/7. Due to our billing policy, we are unable to honor your request for a refund for the months of August/ September/ October. To clarify- you were not billed for the month of November as your next billing date was scheduled to take place after you had requested to cancel.Initial Complaint

I Cancelled my subscription in July. I no longer received any meds after July 9th. Remedy continued to withdrawl 299.00 from my account for 4 months. I did not catch it right away as my husband was also on the med. My husband was paying for his via ****** though. So when I tried to get a refund they refused. Even though they admitted they did not send me any meds those 4 months. They agreed to refund me the November payment but said they could not refund me the other 3 months. and stopped corresponding with me. There is no phone number for billing! This is unacceptable .Business Response

I have paid $400 a month for a compounded wegovy drug for weight loss for three months from Remedy Meds. The drug they sent me has no efficacy. It does not work at all. On line reports suggest that remedy meds red rock pharmacy which ships outs the compounded drug is the problem. I do not know if remedy meds is in cahoots with red rock to perpetrate the fraud.Business Response

I enrolled in the Remedy Meds program under the promise of their "4-Month Weight-Loss Guarantee," which stipulates a refund if the member does not achieve a specific weight loss target after 16 consecutive weeks. I participated in the program for three months (12 weeks) but saw no significant results.Upon requesting the refund, the company provided two excuses to deny my claim, both of which I believe are attempts to avoid honoring the warranty:1. Denial Based on Failure to Complete 16 ***************************** denied my claim stating I only completed 12 weeks (3 shipments) of the required 16-week program. The Deceptive Practice: When I contacted Remedy Meds to cancel my subscription and specifically asked about the warranty requirements, I was not informed that completing the fourth consecutive month was mandatory to maintain eligibility for the refund. Conclusion: By knowingly allowing me to cancel without informing me of the single remaining step required to preserve my claim, Remedy Meds engaged in a deceptive practice designed to automatically invalidate the guarantee claim. I was ready and willing to meet the requirement but was deliberately misled.2. Denial Based on ******************************** also cited a clause that denies eligibility if a member was prescribed a weight-loss medication (specifically ***********) within the last 12 months. The Deceptive Practice: My prior use of *********** was fully disclosed and accepted by the prescribing clinician during my initial enrollment process. Conclusion: If this medical history made me ineligible for the guarantee, the company had a clear duty to inform me of my ineligibility before accepting payment for the first three months of service. Accepting payment while knowing the client cannot qualify for the core advertised benefit (the guarantee) constitutes a severe act of bad faith and misleading marketing.Business Response

On 8/7/25 I joined **********. Had a visit with a provider and received one vial of the prescribed medication. I have never received a call since but they continued to withdraw $398 for September and October. When I realized this I canceled and asked for a refund or the two months of medication that was paid for and was told I could not get either. That I am no longer and active member and could only receive the medication if I reactivated. I was not due another billing cycle for two weeks. How am I no longer eligible for the services I paid for?Business Response
Date: 11/11/2025
Medications can not be sent to non active patients. Since you already paid, if you were to reactivate your account then your credits will apply to your next order for the month where you did not receive medication.Initial Complaint

9/12/2025 I initally enrolled in Remedy Meds and was told I can cancel at anytime. I received an email stating that it was time for a refill and to complete the intake form for the refill which I did not complete because the medication was not working and I asked for my plan to be cancelled but I was charged $299.00 but never recevied a product and was told they were on an automatic 28 day billing cycle. They canclled my subscription but did not refund the $299.00 nor did they send the product. I have been asking for a refund for over 2 months and was finally told I did not meet the criteria but never received any product. How do you charge someone but never send out a product. I want my refund as I never want to be associated with this company again.Business Response
Date: 11/11/2025
Our team advised that you were eligible for the refund, however once you request a chargeback from your bank the funds no longer belong to us to be able to refund you anymore. This will need to be sorted with your personal banking institution.
