    On Monday September 25th, 2023, I took my 2015 Nissan Rogue to be serviced at Nissan City of Springfield. *** actual address is ********* Springfield ** 07081.......One of the services on my car was a tire rotation. *** mechanic admitted to having trouble removing the lug nuts from my car (to me and the service advisor), but didn't mention anything else. Once the technician was finished they told me my car was ready. I drove my car home and left it parked until Friday, September 29th. When I drove my vehicle to church in Spring valley **, all of the lug nuts fell out of the wheels. I obviously couldn't drive the car in that state so I had to call someone to help me figure out what was wrong. I had to pay to get my car towed at $155, $200 to the mechanic, $100 in Uber fees to get around while my car was being repaired. When I called Nissan, *** service advisor admitted that the technician who worked on my car was inexperienced with the type of wheels (he says they were aftermarket wheels) I had on my car and should have not touched the car and asked for help but he didn't and it almost cost me either a terrible accident or my life! In attempts to remedy the situation, Nissan purchased lug nuts and put them on my car (total cost of $35). I asked since the negligence was on their part, that they reimburse me for the out of pocket expenses I had for this incident and they refused.

    The sales process went smoothly. I purchased a 2022 ******* Tuscon with 25K miles. I put down a deposit, as I was having the car delivered to me later in the week. *************************, one of the sales associates, delivered the car to me himself, and I provided a cashier's check for the amount he had told me was still outstanding as a balance. As is standard, I was issued temporary tags for the ******* with an expiration date at the end of the month. I followed up with ***** each week over text about the status of my permanent plates and registration, and he reassured me not to be concerned, that the process was underway. A few days before the temporary tags were expiring, I reached out again to inquire about the status. ***** said over text that my permanent plates and registration were held up because there was an outstanding balance of $2K on the car. None of my signed documents matched that statement, and ***** encouraged me to call the dealership and speak to his manager the following day. I called and spoke to *****************--this name was provided by *************************** who I also spoke with, and I couldn't find ****'s name on the website--on the phone, who said ************************* was lying and that the registration process had started. **** was rude to me, cut me off when I was explaining what was happening, and told me that my case was not important. He sent me a document with a higher purchase price that I didn't have a copy of and said there was a $2K outstanding balance. I drove to the dealership to handle the issue in person and spoke to ***************************. When I asked for, in writing, a promise the dealership would pay fines incurred by having expired temporary tags, he said my words were meaningless, told me to have my lawyer contact his lawyer, and stormed out of the room. The ** *************************** resolved the situation by putting in writing the fees would be covered and my balance was paid, after I paid an additional $2K that was not in my original documentation.
