EXCHANGE: If for any reason you do not like the item you have bought, you may return it for an even exchange or a store credit, within 30 days from the day you receive your order. If you exchange, they will charge the difference if any, to the same credit card used originally.  You will need to pay the shipping charges for the exchanged item.
RETURN: They charge a 15% re-stocking fee on all returned items for which you need the money refunded back to you. This re-stocking fee does NOT apply if you exchange the item. Sorry, they cannot issue full refunds without charging a 15% restocking fee because the credit card usage fees are not refundable and there are other costs involved which they incur. If you require a refund on your credit card, they will issue it after deducting the restocking fee and the shipping charges.
CANCEL: They will charge a 15% re-stocking fee on ALL cancelled orders (even if the order has not been shipped, even if it is cancelled 1 second after placing the order)
