    So far I am loving my water machine!!! **** was fabulous during the purchase process and answered all my questions. Even to this day he will answer anything I have! Best product on the market and actually does what is promises. I am in love!

    Amazing products. I have bought 2 water ionizers from them. Originally I had a top of the counter machine. It was literally a miracle how the water finally after 35 years of dry mouth, how this helped me immediately. A few years later they made a under the sink model. It is gorgeous! And it even has better water then before. But I can't say more about their customer service. Instead of me having to buy a brand new machine, they gave me an unbelievable trade in credit for my above the counter. I couldn't believe it!!!! After about 5 years or so I mistakenly dropped a huge pot on top of it. The machine was cracked. I called and told them, spoke to *** actually, and he had me send it in and he had it brand new within a weeks time. I didn't have my water for a week but I couldn't believe, that he fixed it the first day he received it. and it was being shipped back to me later that same day. Every person I have ever spoken to at Tyent, has been the kindest and most generous business I have ever dealt with before. I'm sure I sound like someone who works there. But I promise you I am a Real Life Customer. And I'll be a life long customer as long as I remain here. 10 stars this company receives!

    While the company and President ***** excellent customer service (which I did receive from their ********** Im quite disappointed in their lack of response regarding my refund after returning their counter top unit within the trial period. Basically after 2 months, they dont answer calls (your phone number comes up on their screen and they dont answer) nor have they returned numerous emails requesting basic information regarding the processing of my refund (when/if issued, amount and a detailed breakdown of the refund. While the product may work quite well with city water, for those on well water or using reverse osmosis systems, this may not be the solution for your needs to drink more alkaline water (unless you are willing to use cancer causing minerals so their unit can ionize the water). Buyers be aware and do your research first. They are excellent at sales (as long as youre a satisfied customer)little to no service if the system isnt right for you.
