  We just received our water purifier today, and we are so excited to get started! Frankly, I'm writing this review to speak more on the salesman side of things as our experience working with **** was absolutely amazing! First, he is so knowledgeable about the product he sells, and there wasn't a single question I asked that he didn't have an immediate intelligent response! I didnt feel pressured at all making the purchase, which is a change of pace from most salesman. In fact, **** initially reached out to me a year ago after I had been doing some searching online. We weren't very serious at the time, so **** said "no problem, I'll try back next year!" Which, as promised he did, and I'm glad he did so! He's the easiest guy to talk to and honestly felt like I was just talking to one of my buddies on the phone! We ended up taking advantage of the black Friday pricing, and even got some cool goodies along with the purchase. I really can't say enough about our experience thus far with Tyent!! If you're like me, and are sick of drinking poisoned water that we are given through our major water supply, do yourself a favor and reach out to **** with Tyent! Thanks again guys!

  I was under the impression that this water treatment was going to resolve, removing all the toxins in the water. I was very surprised when this water was tested by another company and not only did it not pass but it was worst than my faucet water!!! Do not waste your money in this system!!!

  We previously owned a Kangen water ionizer which was very expensive, but it looked very bulky and outdated in our kitchen. The Enagic machine also didnt filter our water very well.After doing a lot of research, we upgraded to a Tyent water ionizer and we couldnt be happier.I initially purchased a Tyent because I wasnt feeling as energized as I used to be, and I suffered from inflammation as well. Plus, I had really bad eczema. After using Tyent, I have a lot more energy and my inflammation has gone away.The biggest thing that surprised me was that my eczema has totally cleared up too. I suffered from it for years, and I'm still shocked at how clear and soft my skin is now. Its unbelievable!The Tyent filters are the best, and they filter out everything from my tap water including 100% of lead and chlorine. My wife and I both love how the Tyent water ionizer looks in our kitchen now! Its easy to use, and plus it can be personalized to our specific type of tap water.   I love my Tyent (Hybrid device) and am just shocked, in a positive way, by the level of customer service they offer. The day after Thanksgiving, a device I had for just about 30 days, showed a flaw or defect. I emailed my sales rep and her assistant at Tyent, as well as tried filling out the live chat (though it was VERY early in the morning, and they were closed, I think it went to a general mailbox). In my contact I mentioned that I understood the holiday and did not expect a call before Monday. I gave a thorough description of how my machine is set up and the problem. I asked for advice on how to fix it, or if I did something wrong. I got a call the same day (Black Friday!) from *****. He was so friendly and accommodating and said he would send me out a new machine with a return label for the old one. He addressed my concerns and assured me, this was the first time he had heard of this issue. Based on previous contact I have had with Tyent, before, during and after purchase of my device, I believe him. Tyent USA is definitely a company that is honest, stands behind their product, and supports their customers!

  My husband and I are so impressed with our experience with Tyent USA, so far. *** the technician hands down has been so helpful, responsive and professional. The response times with Tyent USA is amazing. The customer service has been amazing. There are still good companies out there that treat their customers well and this is one of them.

  I would like completely change my review from before. If you scroll down you will see my name again. Last month I had gone through what seemed to me a huge disappointment. I was approved but the terms for me was too high (third party). So I decided to not get the system that I soooo wanted. Long story short the cancellation process was a bit confusing to me and I was really upset. As you can see from the last post.The owners sister got a hold of the complaint and contacted me directly. It is not common for a company to call you back to try to make things right... Wow!! I was very impressed. She mentioned that she found the cancellation/refund process needed to change and that they were making arrangement to update their policies. She also went above and beyond to help this veteran get the system I wanted. Tyent may be a big company but have a golden customer relation team that cares about their company and their customers. A shout out to ****!! Thank you for all that you did for me and my fam!!! We are super excited to know we were not forgotten in the sea of customers. I appreciate what you did! Thank you!!!!!

  I bought a Tyent machine about a year ago and me and my husband have absolutely loved it! ******** and ***** in particular have always been so nice and helpful. The water has made the biggest difference in our lives in so many ways, from our health, to cleaning of our home and food. Unfortunately on August 8th our home and business along with all their contents were all destroyed in the ******* wild fires on Maui. We were unable to grab much of anything and that included our water machine. We also have a baby that was due that very same day and we were so sad to not have our machine for when he arrived as well. I reached out to Tyent and they responded immediately and generously helped us replace our machine at a cost that we could afford at the moment. I am so grateful to them for everything extra that they have also provided for us and our coming little boy. I will be a customer for life and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone, not only for their amazing machines but also for their humanity and amazing customer service. ****** and Aloha to the ******************** family for helping us to begin to rebuild and have clean water for our family. ********************* and *******************

  Going through the purchase process was a breeze. Such great customer service from ****!! He answered all my questions promptly and made sure I was satisfied before we went through with the order. Really looking forward to receiving the unit and hooking it up. Ive been researching these units for some time and really happy with the decision *** made. Thanks again **** and super excited!

  Im Very pleased w my Tyvent under the counter filter! It looks much better than my Kangen counter filter! And i know my water will even be cleaner! ******* was so helpful during the purchase process. Happy in ******* ??
