Im giving a 5 Star for the quick response I got from my e-mail to the ** Group. The sales representative was outstanding. When I told him about my issue he quickly understood my issue and I gave him order number and he quickly that they would be sending me a new one that same day. I love the seat covers, they are outstanding.FH Group International Inc.

Definitely need a better way to answer phone calls. But once I finally got a hold of someone Via email they were helpful. Also need to answer emails faster. But overall they solved our issue and everything was pretty good.FH Group International Inc.

Hello, I bought a full set of seat covers for my ****** Echo and I absolutely love them. However when I went for the installation I noticed that the passenger side front seat cover was torn.I contacted **************** and they were swell. After sending photos of the torn seat cover, they prompty sent me out a new one.I was really impressed. These seat covers are really nice and comfortable. I would order them from the company again.FH Group International Inc.

I bought a complete set of seat covers ( 2 front, and a back seat) they work for me! My problem is I did not received the "Mesh Cloth Sets for Split Bench Car Seat Covers" for the back seat. When I called customer service I was on hold 2 different times for more than 2 hours each time!!! What kind of customer service is that?????? I also left voice messages with NO response. I'm sure this message will also be unaddressed! So buyers be carful, if you want customer service go else where!FH Group International Inc.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We're very sorry you had trouble getting through to our **************** Representatives. I will most certainly look into why you didn't receive a call back. We truly value our customers and are upset hearing you didn't receive the best possible service we can offer. For your missing product, these usually come attached to the inside of the rear seat covers. As most of our covers are universal, we send one set (two mesh pieces) as a standard. We do realize some customers may need additional and can absolutely send you an extra one! I will reach out to you directly by email to follow up with you.Again, we're very sorry this happened and most certainly want to do what we can to fix this issue!
