      Our organization has been working with ADP for 6 months now to resolve an error that occurred last year when transitioning to ADP for payroll. This error impacted our taxes, along with two employees, and the customer ********************** has been terrible. I was designated one representative for the process and, even after emailing weekly, she fails to send a response with an update. To this day, the issue has not been resolved. There is no direct phone number for her, only the main customer ********************** number. When I call that number, she is either "at lunch" or "in another meeting". I have been very displeased with the customer ********************** for ********************** and would not recommend them to anyone.

      Since there's not a "0" I had to select 1 star. Maybe include a range of "negative numbers for selection. I am president of a non-profit and we used ADP for payroll. ADP will not update the organization's contact at the request of the current Manager, and has been charging us for services we have not been receiving. We issued a stop payment through our bank, and now ADP is threatening to turn us over to a third party for collections. They should be helping us transition to a new user rather than threatening us.

      HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVIOCE, THEY LOCK YOU IN AT EVERY ANGLE AND MAKE IT IMPOSIBEL TO CANCEL. I cancelled with them 7 months ago,got charges the monthlyfees still, cancelled again and requested a refund. Never received my refund. Had to call in and cancel multiple times and THEY STILL CHARGE ME 6 MONTHS LATER. Absolutely horrible. I cancelled online, over the phone, via their chat feature. ABSOLUTELY INSANE.

      I am a resident of *******, ********, and I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience using Wisely. I had a pending unauthorized **** charge totaling $527.77. I immediately contacted ****, and within two business days, they confirmed that the hold had been released on their end. However, Wisely continues to insist that I must wait an additional two weeks with no clear explanation or resolution.The customer ********************** experience has been appalling. Ive encountered representatives who are dismissive, unprofessional, and offer no valuable insight into the status of my funds. I have been repeatedly told to just wait, while Im left unable to pay urgent bills or obtain medication for my sick ******** this point, I no longer feel that my money is safe with Wisely. The handling of this situation has been so poor, it genuinely feels like I am being taken advantage of. The numbers and explanations simply do not add up. I feel scammed.The lack of urgency, transparency, and accountability is deeply concerning. I have since contacted legal counsel to explore my options. If this is not resolved promptly, I intend to escalate this matter further through formal consumer protection channels.This is not just a delay its a breach of trust and financial responsibility.

      If I could leave a zero review I would. Customer ********************** is deplorable. You cannot talk to a person. I would not recommend them to any person or business. They are terrible. I can't believe their CEO and management are so far removed and don't want to improve. If I treated my customers like they do, I would be fired.

      These people have wrote several bad checks on my account,that I had to cover. They promised me a loan that I didn't get. They continue sending me emails saying I owe them money. Adp is the worst comp I've ever dealt with.

      Been a year of getting billed despite canceling multiple times. Filled out an email form two months ago and asked for proof it was sent. They mailed it back verification that it was canceled. They still keep trying to take money out of our acc. I say try because we were forced to close our bank accounts. They refused to cancel despite multiple calls and filling out their paperwork to cancel. We asked for them to verify it was canceled aster we sent the form they asked for. They responded it was canceled. Yet still trying to pull funds..

      Tried to rollover my retirement account but ADP refused to put my new account number on the check, making the process much longer and costing me extra fees to deposit. Don't understand how a business of this size can operate like this. Joke of a company.

      As an employee who needs to access their earnings and vacation balance, this company is HORRIBLE! I changed my phone number, and was unable to access my account because the verification was sent to my old number. My boss called ADP several times to get my phone number changed, but nothing has changed in my account. They are very clear when calling for customer ********************** that they will not help employees, so there is no way to get through on the phone, but they offer no other solutions online or otherwise. They may think their only customers are the employers, but what about employees who rely on accessing their employment records? Unacceptable.

      Dealing with this company has been the worst business experience as a small business owner I have ever had. I am a solo owner and employee and they auto enrolled me in a 401k THAT I DID NOT WANT and I cannot seem to get a straight answer or refund from them. And dealing with the retirement services representative has been like talking to a brick wall. Out of $650 they took out of my account I have only been returned $385. Why would auto enroll people instead of having them chose if they want the product. And they refused to adapt their payroll schedule to something that worked for me and the amounts deducted were inconsistent. If I could give them a zero rating I would.
