IN ***** ROBBERY!On June 2, 2021 and June 3, 2021 over $2,800.00 was stolen from my account. "**************" "************** are placed automatically by the system and are to prevent unauthorized access to your account or funds". The fraudulent statement is given when they prevent you from accessing your funds, however, this "**************" does not work when the company is involved. The following items were allowed to be withdrawn from my account ******* ANY ******** BLOCK at ***!June 2 Hotel Tonight $459.00, June 3, 2021 ********* $681.87, June 3, 2021 ********* $1,600.00, ********* $300 (?) - *** ****** ********* - **** NO -NONE ABILITY TO CONTACT. ******************** PAY DOES NOT EVEN REQUIRED ********* TO HAVE IDENTIFYING INFORMATION WHEN A ******** C*** TO FIND OUT WHY THEIR CARDS IS BEING CHARGE.My card has been blocked for far less than these transactions which leads to to believe its internal. How can a company that services ******* Public Schools employees be this negligent. Now I am giving some 7business day to receive my cards and 45 days to received money WISELY PAY voluntarily allowed to be STOLEN! Never ONCE was this card blocked - THESE FRAUDULENT CHARGES WAS ***OWED TO HAPPEN **** NO RECOURSE. I CAN'T EVEN ****** THESE COMPANIES . *** I DO **** IS SOMEONE PICKED UP A DOOR FROM ************** STORE #1955 IN OAKLAWN. 1,424.00 for ******* according to the ADP customer service. I can't even enter a ******** ****!!

I had the misfortune of working for a company that used ****************/Reliance ************* for their 401K plan. The amount of mismanagement and misinformation is just unbelievable. First, they deposited a 401K rollover check into a holding account instead of returning the check to the issuer. Then, they repeatedly told me that they were "returning" the check, which I told them would do no good because they had already deposited it. Then, they said they would issue a new check. But when they did issue the new check, the wrote it out to my former employer rather than to the financial institution I specifically requested. Never again. I am just astonished at the level of ineptitude ADP has displayed when handling my money. ADP, you need to get it together. Others, if you have ANY possibility at all of dealing with ADP or Reliance ************* as a 401K provider, ** NOT store your hard-earned money with them. They will lose it, mismanage it, and then give you the run-around when you try to get it back.

Don't use their prepaid card. ******* stole my card info and made 6 purchases in 3 days. Called them as soon as I saw it to file a fraud report. They will only mail you forms. They refunded my money a month later then took it back saying their investigation found the charges valid. Now I have to send them a letter in writing asking them for they evidence they have. I can't do any of this over the phone or by email. So it will be another month before I hear from them again. Calling them is pointless because they won't give you any information about your fraud investigation."

My Wisely card was locked 2 weeks ago due to someone using a skimmer at the gas pumps. They told me they were locking my card due to fraud. This was 2 weeks ago!! They were suppose to have a new card here a week ago. They haven't sent it yet. I have been paid again since then and can't get my money and now my bills are due!! They said it is coming ***** today. Nope!! All this company does is lie. Terrible company, stay away!!!!"

I got a wisely card for my last paycheck at my previous company. It came with paper checks that say you can avoid activating your card and just pay yourself with the paper checks if you choose to, but after reaching out to every point of contact I was told that if I wanted my money I had to activate my card. It took quoting the paperwork that came with the check to the customer service person I was talking to in the "Chat now" tool to get them to finally admit they allow using the checks without activating the card (after they had told me they do not). Once we started the process of authenticating my check I was told that only a fraction of my money was allowed per check which meant I didn't have enough checks to actually access all my money. I gave up and activated my card. Absolutely pathetic business tactics. Hold payroll ****** so I have to opt in to some pointless account.

Absolutely terrible. My card has been locked since 04/20/2021. These people sickens me something awful. Incompetency at its finest. I don't care who it is you talk to. Or attempt to talk to, because alot of the times it's a one way conversation. You're going to get nowhere. And you're going to get there at mach speed. I'm losing everything as I'm writing this. And frankly my dear, they don't give a ****! I will be glad when they close those call centers located in ********, *********** etc. I live right here in *****. And you can't tell me you can't find people to man call centers right here in *****. I can take you to the **** End in downtown ****** and ****** up two or three hundred people who are just standing around doing nothing to man a call center myself. Clean them up. Put them to work. Better than talking to someone who you can't hold a conversation with. What? What? What? A lot of them could probably problem solve better than the Asians. The Asians encounter a problem, they throw it in the trash and mail a new one. Not the answer. "

Although this company is very responsive when trying to sell their product, they have been severely negligent in their handling of my company's payroll. We are a small business with less than 25 employees, and yet, they have consistently failed to calculate math. I have received several paystubs that list my hourly wage, and the hours I worked that pay period, but the number that appeared in the "Wages earned" column was double what it should have been. The latest issue that may cause us to cancel all association with this company was that every employee had their earned income amount ********, costing our small business thousands for a mistake that ADP still refuses to correct.

So my card got hacked on 2/20/21, 6 transaction, for a total of $500. The hacker started with a small amount of $25 another $25 then $50 $100, then $300, thats enough to realize its fraud. 60 days later I get a email stating wisley wants me to fill out a fraudulent charge for the 2nd time. I call them and they domt know why they sent it.. im thinking there the fraud. Going to get a lawyer to get the money that I work for plus some

First to begin, I had $1500 stolen from my account. I reached out to wisely as soon as I realized the money was stolen from my account. They transferred me to the dispute department and they said that they will send me the dispute form within 7-10 business days. After two weeks of waiting and receiving nothing, I contacted them again. They told me the same story about how they will send me another dispute form. It’s been 6 weeks now and I am yet to receive that dispute form. Such a terrible non caring company.
