I have been a client of ADP for 2017 and then started *********** and enrolled in 2019 for ADP to be our ******* was great at first, until you started needing things. I requested to have a new PTO policy created. My total efforts took almost a year to have in place. They are slow in terms of responding to you. If you call, you usually get a voicemail or told that your payroll manager has to work on this for you. They system works good for the most part. But when you have to get involved with staff it turns into a mess. I love the geofence feature for tracking clock in/out, however, it does not physically show you the locate, so they can technically clock into any address I have listed on the genfence. When I was with ********, they gave you an exact location of the employee at the time of punches. I have suggested it and tried to get them to make improvements and I am always told nothing is in the works. They do not take to kind to feedback at times. I STRONGLY DO NOT recommend you move your 401k plan over to ADP. They do not disclose many of the plan rules upfront, I have learned about them over the last two years when we rolled over our 401k in 2021. I have never had so many employees complain how difficult it is to access their money, even through a hardship loan. That is not acceptable and for you to act on behalf of the employer is not working for me. I am currently working on finding a new plan that fits our company. Also, having to work with ADP to receive and submit for the **** credit has been a nightmare. I have been working on it for two years and yet, it was only submitted to the *** six months ago. We still have no refund. Honestly, I am tempted to go back to Paychecks, the only reason I left is because they could not get a general ****** created for each payroll cycle. Maybe that has changed since leaving. I do not recommend ADP. I am not sure what changed within the company over the last 3-4 years, but it has been disheartening to see.ADP, Inc. Response

Our company ***************** won # **-4061225, switched from Paychex to H3**03**6333332363235H in January 2019 because their pricing was better for company payroll H323435373**332363931H. However they didnt file the **2s in time for the 4th quarter of the year and the *** has imposed a penalty. Ive been trying for 4 years to get H3**03**6333332363235H to help in this matter as it was part of the contract we had with them to process the payroll and absolutely no one has helped in anyway from H3**03**6333332363235H. Ive spoken to them numerous times and they say they will look into it and resolve the matter. Nothing. I called again today and the customer ********************** rep said she would look into it and call me back within 2 hours. No call. How does a publicly traded company get away with no accountability?ADP, Inc. Response

My employee is switching my retirement account from Principal to ADP. I am in the process of buying a house and set to close on 5/4/2023. I need to know when the rollover will be complete and if I will be able to have money on time. I have called numerous times and nobody could help. I understand I am in a blackout period now. Never in my life have I had so many problems. Payroll---it's been a giant disaster since January when we started with ADP. 401k---worse and we still aren't switched over for some reason. The chat feature is so bad, not only can you be 19th in line to chat, but you will get wrong information more than 50% of the time. I started printing my chats so I could prove it. Sales guy stopped replying when I needed help. Payroll guy stopped replying. TAXES I forgot about how that guy stopped responding because he had no idea how to help me. The *** cuts in and out and hangs up on you. Everyone knows the wait times of ***** minutes are common--employees of ADP have told me that they have an internal line they get to call and it skips the hour wait. They outsource set up to ***** and that department is always behind. They were late setting up payroll and they haven't set up 401k despite saying twice that it was set up. It's impossible to escalate---no one wants to give me their bosses name so I'm stuck. This is the worst place I could have ever switched to. Is upper management aware??? Does no one care????ADP, Inc. Hello *****, I'm sorry to see that you held for so long. I haven't seen hold times like that for a very, very long time. I don't work 24/7, but I'm surprised to see this and wonder if you don't have the best phone number for your ADP Service Center. I have using wisely by ADP for over a year with my employer. I get paid the same day I work. Most of the time, I transfer my money to my primary bank account instead of waiting until payday. The normal way, it takes about 2-3 business days for it to transfer. But for over a year, it would be in an account within one business day. For the previous 3 days that I worked, I transferred my money to my primary. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY. I called wisely, of course its a third party company, to be told they cannot do anything about my transfers. I would just have to wait. Its ridiculous, because I STILL DONT HAVE MY TRANSFER FROM 3 DAYS AGO. I called my primary bank to find out if they can do anything, they cant. I have a life, bills to pay! Someone has to know SOMETHING about my transfer status. Never again will I be using my ADP card. No help at all.ADP, Inc. Response

ADP has collect UIA taxes and has not paid them to the ***************** for over 18 months. Because of this UIA tax penalties and interest has grown over time. ADP still has not paid the collected taxes. I have spent over 13 months trying to get ADP to do their contracted job. There does not seem to be a single individual within ADP who can take any corrective actions on any topic. If corrective measures are achieved before Q3 2024, I will remove this review. If not, I will begin exploring a lawsuit with mountains of evidence of fraud and negligence.ADP, Inc. Response

I have been trying to roll over my 401 from my previous employer for months. They keep telling me that they need info on my previous account that isn't there, I don't understand why they can't just call or email ******* ***** and get this information that they need. I'm so frustrated that I asked if the one check could be deposited into my ADP account and then have them send me the check in question made payable to me so I can just deposit it in my own account. I was told that they don't know if they have the money or if ******* ***** had it and that they would get back to me the next day. Well, it's been a week and I never got that phone call and I'm tired of calling them. I was given a customer ********************** email so that I could send paperwork to them and they won't respond via email. I'm so frustrated at this point.ADP, Inc. Response

ADP has been over garnishing my paycheck for months, claiming they have a glitch in their system. It was worse than pulling teeth to try and get this corrected. Never once an apology or any empathy. Their record keeping is just as bad. Customer ********************** is an all time low.ADP, Inc. Response
