  Riverbend is worth every *****. I chose them because my situation was one of the hardest violations to appeal and ******** and ***** went mercilessly after the suspension advocating for me every step of the way. Not only were they experts in how to challenge the system, I always got the sense they believed in me and wanted me to succeed. In the end, they knew what trends were happening and how to adjust their approach by what they were seeing happen. I had an incredible experience with them and am 100% positive that if I had to do this on my own or used a company that just provided templated Plans of Action (POA), I would have never succeeded. I am infinitely pleased with their results and cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you Riverbend for delivering on what you promised, thank you ******** for advocating for me and thank you ***** for knowing a RIDICULOUS amount about how Amazon works. Appreciate you all more than words can articulate!

  Riverbend helped ** reinstate one of our accounts. They wrote our appeals and had several tactics to get the message to the right people at Amazon. Another thing I liked about them is that everything is white hat. They were super serious and responsive. If your family depends on your income on Amazon, paying a bit extra and going with Riverbend is worth your while; they know what they are doing.

  Im in awe these guys dont have 5 stars. My husband and I are business partners and as most people, we had invested a good amount of money into this business. Therefore once we received the complaint, the last thing we wanted was to spend more money. The result, we appealed on our own for two months and a half. Amazon left us feeling hopeless over and over and over again. Trust us, we know how it feels. Its a sick cycle of feeling unheard. Everything goes in circles. We chatted with our mentor about the situation and he recommended Riverbend, focusing on long term gains, we knew we needed help. Hiring them was a difficult but the best decision. They will not only help you keep your mind in the end goal, as the process might be challenging but they will do all the heavy lifting. They are the pros and have all the tools we didnt, thats what they do. Communication was very straight forward and honest, from beginning to end. They did everything with such professionalism while giving us support. Dont think, just hire them. Getting over the complaint and seeing your account back pays off. *****, you rock! And you know it.   I would disagree with anyone leaving less than 3 stars in this BBB forum. Riverbend is TOP NOTCH in my book. From the start, I never threw it all on their plate. I treated them as they state they are, "a consulting firm." Not a lawyer, bookkeeper, or secretary. With my efforts providing them with all of the information, documents, and legal paperwork necessary, they drafted the most professional documentation, appeals, and correspondence with Amazon that I've ever seen. I was proud to let them represent me and honored to get immediate attention when I voiced my concerns. Plus, their relationships, connections, and knowledge of how Amazon works were eye-popping. Well worth every ***** spent. Final answer.

  Riverbend provided quick support to help with an incorrect listing removal. They provided us with appeal documents and the best strategy for submitting our appeals. We were able to get our listings reactivated with their support.

  Worked with Kayleigh to reinstate two separate accounts that were linked to one another. Whole process took just under a month. Response time was quick, appeal letters were made at a fast pace. Would give this company 6 stars if I could and will be going back to them in case any issues coming up in the future with *******

  GEM of a company, thank you Riverbend Consulting! My account was deactivated for manipulated documents, and later when I appealed for my funds $17k plus, Amazon denied the appeal and decided to hold the funds indefinitely. Later my funds were sent ************************ and Amazon stopped responding to all emails. After reaching out to Riverbend Consulting, I was given *********************************** as my consultant. ********* first led the battle to re-activate my account. We had to notarize documents, and come up with a Plan of Action to show our proof of innocence. We sent lots of emails to the executives which heard our appeal. One of the requirements of Amazon after hearing the appeal was to sign-up with a reputable supplier. ******** also helped me find a supplier and get a 10-unit minimum order. After a 9-month battle, my account was finally activated.The next challenge was to now get the $17k fund released. We now again sent a lot of emails to different Amazon teams and executives who again heard our appeal, and a decision was made to release my funds. My funds have finally been deposited to my bank account.I could not thank ******** enough, for her hard work, dedication, and willingness to not give up, and stick with my case even though we faced many hardships and challenges throughout the way.I cannot express the happiness my family and I are going through. Thank you so much Riverbend and ******** for fighting through this battle with us. You have given it all your effort, and sheer hard work.This is a big help for my family in times of crisis.
