    I hired Riverbend Consulting with the expectation that I would receive professional, strategic help recovering an ****** account. What I experienced was the exact opposite.. a disorganized, dishonest process that wasted my time, took my money, and delivered no ********** main representative, ******** ****, was constantly late to her promised and offered no value beyond sending generic email drafts clearly crafted by chatGPT. Much of the content I was given was clearly written by AI or pulled from basic templates. I was left to do most of the work myself, despite having paid thousands for expert assistance.When I scheduled a strategy call to discuss real solutions, I was told that Riverbends only plan was to send an email to Amazon supervisors and hope for a response. We attempted this several times, and not once did I receive any reply from ******. There was no follow-up plan, no insight, and no escalation process outside of desperately emailing an Amazon supervisor, despite promises that there would be.******** ***, a supervisor, stepped in and promised further support, including specific next-step actions if the initial attempts failed. I recorded the call where she made these promises. However, days later when I followed up, she denied any willingness to help with the steps she had previously outlined. She was dismissive, manipulative, and even insulted me during our conversation.Riverbend pretends to be empathetic and supportive but uses this false sense of partnership to secure payment. Once paid, their communication changes, urgency disappears, and everything they promised vanishes. Their approach is manipulative and predatory.. especially toward Amazon sellers who are in stressful situations and seeking genuine help.I am filing this complaint because I was misled, insulted, and provided no legitimate service in return for my payment. I am requesting a full refund and urge BBB to hold Riverbend Consulting accountable for their unethical behavior
