            My 2020 taxes were done by the firm without accounting for the previous year and other errors. Upon my detailed review, corrections were made by the firm then filed with the IRS. However, I recently requested a copy of my taxes for other purposes but the old incorrect version was sent to me instead. I then asked for confirmation/proof that the corrected taxes were indeed filled with the IRS rather than the incorrect version. Upon speaking with the business owner, he stated that "it's a busy time for them and mistakes happen" and "it's out of his powers" to make sure my taxes were filed correctly. He then proceeded to hang up on me without provided any verification. I am seeking written verification that the correct 2020 taxes were filed with the IRS prior to the deadline.
