    I have been dealing with firm for years now and was on a payment plan. Because of technical difficulties which the IT department says they cannot fix, I have had problems making payments (either by website or automated system).
    Today I spoke with ******* at Ext ****. He was a Godsend to speak with and resolved some of these issues. I was able to make up the payments I had trouble making. In order to not have future problems he set up a monthly automated payment plan which is ideal. Now I do not have to spend hours trying to get through or wait for call backs.
    He was very pleasant and very helpful. He seemed to understand my dilemma and 100% help me to rest much easier from here on. Thank you, *******. I hope everyone is like him, please make sure you ask for him.

    They sent me a packet of papers did not give me enough time to send them back.
    Wiped out 3 of my bank accounts
    Which was my rent money
    2 accounts had hardly anything in them
    As we speak I’m trying to send them a payment online
    It won’t allow me to check the I agree boxes
    Another call to them tomorrow
    Really wish they’d have checked my income before cleaning me out
    I’ve explained & explained, when I made this charge I had the money to pay.
    Have a progressing bone degeneration in my hands. Spinal stenosis to name a couple
    I’m not on disability
    I want to try to keep working
    It’s a hardship case.
    They don’t make it easy
    Still trying to get February’s rent paid

    I received a letter in the mail from them the other day. I NEVER received ANYTHING else from them stating I needed to go to court because I would have been there. I havent had ANY credit cards in my name in *****+ years. There is NOTHING on my credit report. My account they are claiming I need to pay on was closed in Feb 2011. 12 years ago! You can NEVER get in touch with someone and when you finally do all you get are BS answers.

    I Got a legal looking document by regular mail, I have been trying to reach them by phone, email etc. No way to get through either way. I have a dumb phone, pay for minutes, etc. They don't have an 800 number? This thing they are claiming is from 10 yrs ago!!! ( WTF!!!) It was supposed t have been resolved way way long time ago.

    ******** is the worst person to speak with at the so called law firm. She is very disrespectful and only cares about her "bonus" This place should get shut down!

    I have been dealing with this firm for awhile. The supervisor, ***** ext **** has gone beyond the call of duty to assist us with this horrible ordeal. I can highly recommend ***** to one and all! If your back is against the wall and all else fails. Don't hesitate Milan **** is the one to call! He will stop at nothing to get you on the right track and things will go smoothly! Please, Please do not hesitate to call! He goes beyond the duty to get your issuses resolved! Sincerely,*****************

    They should be shut down. They leave you on hold for an hour when you call them, and then when someone finally answers, they hang up on you. This has just happened two times in a row. If I could give negative stars, I would.

    I dealt with Operator ******************** numerous times regarding my account, and I'd like to congratulate and thank her for her perfect mix of professionalism and kindness during those transactions. She made what is inherently a stressful and unpleasant experience so much better. She was fantastic, and deserves recognition.
