    Very Bad Experience with Lots of Frustration.End of December I did Traded in my Evoque and purchased the New Range Rover Sport. There was a Payoff that needs to be paid by this Dealership to ********** and they have done a Short Payment. And I was not aware about this and thinking this Dealership had done the full settlement. Then I received a Letter after 2 months saying my credit score had dropped in 48 points due to a Payment Past due. Meaning Paramus Land Rover didn't do the Full payoff.Also I was waiting for License Plates after purchasing the New Range Rover Sport and when I was checking after 2 weeks, My License plates were given to some other Car and I keep receiving Ez Pass Toll Tickets and Violations, Since those plates belongs to me. I call several times to the Dealership. No action was taken.But always say " We will ********* of it" and Finally after 2 months, Sales Manager informed me to pay all the Ez Pass tickets and they will reimburse. I did made the payments and send the bill. So far nothing is being paid for me. Very frustrating and a big disappointment not Satisfied with the Services what so ever. Thank You.

    On or about October 16th, 2020, I Mr. ** purchased a Land Rover Discovery. The vehicle was purchased with written warranty which provided bumper-to-bumper coverage for the period of four (4) years or ****** miles. This complaint arises from JLR's failure to live up to its advertisements or its warranties. Because JLR has not honored its words or its guarantees, in this action, I brought claims for breach of express warranty, breach of implied warranty, violations to the ************************* Warranty Act (MMWA), 15 U.S.C. silcrow ****, et seq., revocation of acceptance, violations of the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act (CFA), and violations of the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Warranty Action (Lemon Law). Within 5 months after purchase, I began to have problems with the vehicle's performance. due to these problems, I returned to vehicle to said dealership for repairs on or about six occasions, which kept me without my vehicle for about or around 11 days. These defects include, but not limited to, issues with the seatbelts, Eco Start-Stop feature defects, driver's window malfunctioning. ******'s side mirror not working, center screen freezes, water dripping from the rear view mirror. We were told that the problem should've been repaired and fixed the very first time the vehicle was brought in for service. The vehicle in question was paid in full. $74,783.03. To date, JLR has refused to repurchase the vehicle. The vehicle is a run away safety hazard on the road and JLR seems not to care about this. Not even performing in good faith, they are willing to consider their obligations to the consumers. When the consumer purchases a brand new vehicle, the consumer is not expecting for the vehicle to come with problems. We, on the other hand, asked for treat and we'd got tricked. This vehicle is not safe, reliable transportation. The vehicle does not conform to these warranties because it continues to suffer from the defects described herein plus more.
