      My car was involved in a hit and run, and I incurred damages to the right passenger door side of the car. I took the car for repairs to the Hyundai of Paramus where I originally purchased the car from. I was informed, the car was sent to their shop for repairs. The car has been with them for over a month. I have to constantly follow up to get updates. Most recently after many phone calls and follow ups on my end between the Dealership, the Bodyshop and the insurance, I was informed the car is ready and they are waiting for the final payment from the insurance company before the car is released. The Insurance company issued a check to the body shop which they already received and issued a second check which they sent screenshots of payments. The dealership will not release the car until the physical check is received which was sent to the body shop. The person assigned as my "Service Advisor" is extremely rude and not helpful. She gave me the number to the body shop so that I can follow up myself after telling me that they were waiting on parts and then tat all parts were received and then going back to they were waiting for parts. If this was the case, I would have taken the car directly to the body shop and not have to deal with the dealership. They should explain to customers that they use third party for repairs. At this point it will be almost two months before I get my car back for a damaged door. Thank you.

      AWFUL AUFUL experience. Two days ago, my Tucson *************************************************** a sharp beeping noice with red battery sign blinking on my dashboard. I could not press P to park, nor hit excel to drive, nothing was working. Thank God it happened on a red light. Cars are honking like crazy going around me. So dangerous. After attempting to turn it off totally and turn my car back on it finally started to move. So after I parked, I looked up the warning sign on the manual and it clearly says "stop driving and call technician immediately". So I assumed it's an issue that needs to be addressed right away. I call Paramus Hyundai, made an appointment. Even got a text to confirm you appointment a day before. So I did. Someone calls from service saying they need to cancel my appointment. So I call back and made a new appointment. Hang up, another call comes through saying no I need to cancel. I mean WHAT? I JUST HUNG UP WITH THEM MAKING THAT APPOINTMENT.. but whatever fine. I call back, they said they would do it for the next day. GOT my reassurance that I would be able to keep that appointment. Guess what, the next morning I get a call saying sorry there's no technician. I MEAN!!!! IF you can not handle the volume, DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. why are you taking away my chances to go to a different dealer instead? BECAUSE of what they did, all other dealers are now fully booked too. Would they be responsible for me getting into an accident? The attitude they gave me was just NOT acceptable. "OH ***** I UNDER STAND, BUT I GOT NOBODY. SO WHAT?" kind of attitude is NOT what you show your customers. Just horrible and terrifying.
