      My car was serviced at this location in May of 2022 for a full tuneup. I took it back in June because of noise I heard. A few months later In Sept of **************************************************************** the engine. I brought the car back to the dealership because they are a jeep certified repair team and they were the ones who did my tuneup. They tried to charge me almost $10k to replace the engine. After arguing for a month they lowered the price to $5k. Since they replaced the engine I have had nothing but issues. My transmission light came on and I couldn't move the car. I bring it back and they say it's just codes that weren't erased when the engine was replaced. Today November 19th I drive about 25 minutes away from my house and now my transmission light comes on and I cannot drive the car at all. I don't want to die driving this car.. I want a replacement and no one will help me. I've payed almost $9k this year and the car is still having issues.. I need help! I have the documents at home and I can provide it once I'm contacted

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and I wish to receive help regarding this ongoing horror story. in the meantime i would like to inform you that the car is currently dead again after the  full engine replacement and now i am stuck without a car after all these expensive repairs. I have been complaining to *********** and Jeep Paramus since i purchased the car about the codes that keep coming up. the history shows how many times I've been back although Your manager **** seems to stretch the truth a lot. i would honestly like to not deal with him anymore and would prefer someone higher up. I asked him for  contact to a general manager or someone who is in charge of him and his team and he refused to give me anyones email or number. My partner and I have been spread thin here and this is halting our life. we shouldn't have to pay for Jeeps issues which is allover the internet about this make and model.

      Ive also tried to upload the images and its saying its to large is there an email i can submit the information to? we should be in your records under my girlfriends name ************************* ************ and our address should come up in the system.
