      I was just reading the problems some customers have had product service. I have been buying from Orthofeet for 5 years or more and I have never had a problem with receiving my refunds when necessary. I am VERY satisfied with their service and product. I will be buying more sandals, soon:)

      I can’t believe the problems some customers are having. I’m sure that if you are patient and kind your problem will be
      resolved.

      I have purchased over six pair of shoes from Orthofeet and each and every one has been perfect. I seriously love these shoes. I have bunions and hammertoes and was having trouble walking for any distance (daily dog walks). I tried many other walking shoes and they ended up causing much pain so I would buy another shoe. Got fitted at an orthopedic store - no luck. So out of desperation I tried Orthofeet. Hallelujah!! I finally have been walking (3 miles a day) Pain free…..YAY! I also purchased some summer sandals and some hiking boots, and I just love them. You should buy Orthofeet sshoes.

      I read a lot of negative reviews and I can't understand why. I have about 10 pairs of there shoes and they are all wonderful. I have foot problems and these are the only shoes and slippers that I wear now with no pain, they are all wonderful. A few pairs I have had to send back because of sizing, my error, not theres and they has never been a propblem with returns. I would recommend highly recommend.

      Orthofeet had me as a for life customer since my first pair years ago. I have big and wide feet and have always had problems getting shoes and comfortable sneakers.
      The Lava is one of my favorites. So comfortable and plenty of room in what they refer to as the toe box area. I have several different types of Orthofeet shoes now, and love them all.
      I had one pair that I had to return and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. Great company with great product.

      My hard to please older feet we’re very receptive to new sandals with insert making them feel even better. Ordering was easy, pricing okay though additional 15% off wouldn’t clear online even with promo coupon and shipping was timely. These sandals are my 4th different pair of Orthofeet shoes and all have been wonderful. Recommended gray Porto’s to a friend who purchased and is also very pleased.

      I love these shoes I have about 8 pairs and 1 on the way. I have a high in step and need a wide shoe, was recently in Charleston on vacation and average over 6,000 steps a day and had no problem with my feet or legs. I wish you could make a more stylish shoe for women slacks or dresses. I have turned my sister and friends that have serious bunion or hammertoe issues and they love the shoes.

      I have purchase three 4 pairs of Orthofeet sneakers because of my neuropathy. They are all great and comfortable. Can wear them all day without a problem and that means standing on my feet for most of the day. I would recommend them highly.

      Orthofeet has unique shoes to fit my special feet which are flat and have bunions. If I have had an issue with any of their styles they have been quick to fix them. Their return policy is easy to use if needed.

      I have had multiple foot surgeries and have spent hundreds of dollars on shoes I wore once or twice then donated because they were not comfortable. With Orthofeet’s 60 day wear test that is no longer the case. They stand behind their no questions asked 60 day return policy. Great shoes. We recently took a trip to Greece and all I took is my Orthofeet tennis shoes and sandals and walked miles everyday on old cobblestone streets and steep inclines with no sore feet. Even their sandals are comfortable for extended walking. Great company great product and great service. I am a forever customer. I have also highly recommended to family and friends and many have now purchased these shoes.

      I wrote to them telling them that I bought these shoes at the beginning of January. I liked them and they are comfortable. Last week I noticed that the straps closer to the toes were getting loose. Only one of the criss-crosses has an adjustment. It is the other part that seems to be stretched out with no way of tightening it. It seems to have elastic that attaches to the instep and there is no way to tighten it.

      They asked for pictures. I sent them. They wrote back:
      At this time it has been determined that the shoe are showing normal wear and tear based on the information you provided. The lifetime expectancy of Footwear depends on many factors including activity level, body weight, occupation, etc. and can vary from several months to more than a year.

      I had a pair of Tevas for 20 years with no such problem. They do not stand behind their warranty. I will never purchase a pair of shoes from them again
