      I have purchased shoes from this company in the past. This time was dreadful! I can clearly see why there a number of one star reviews. If there were to be a lower one, I would have gone lower even than that one. On three occasions I have had to speak with customer service regarding a pair of shoes that had been delivered to the incorrect address. Each time, I have been met with rude women on the other end of the line. They, at various times, would speak over me and were clearly not understanding the intent of my call. I have asked to speak to a manager, only to be put on at least a 15 minute hold, at which time I figured that this approach wouldn’t work either. I can’t say for sure of course, but was this deliberate? Does it take that long for a manager? They seem to pride themselves on great customer service, but if there is an issue to tend to, clearly they put the B team on it. There are convincing commercials about their care to customers, but I advise, that they will take absolutely NO responsibility for errors.

      Does Orthofeet know that we're in 2023 with AI available for whatever humans can't seem to get right?
      I ordered a pair of winter boots over Labor Day due to a sale. I received both the order confirmation and the shipment confirmation. I was very excited, as I am disabled and own 8 pairs of the same style Nike running shoes. Desperate to find a winter boot since I'm in Colorado, I searched for a full week online and finally went with Orthofeet. This is my first order, but I'm not sure if I will ever do business with Orthofeet again. This morning I received an email that my order had been cancelled and my money refunded. I had already received the shipping confirmation! I called Orthofeet and to my amazement, the agent told me this is a new issue and she will need to contact Orthofeet's IT department. Customers are allowed to order items that aren't really in stock! How many more potential Orthofeet customers were impacted by this? As a new customer, does this make me want to order from Orthofeet again? NOT!!! Let's get up to speed, people; it's 2023! No online merchant should ever be able to sell something that isn't really in stock!!!

      These are some of the nicest shoes that I have discovered online. And I've been wearing for quite a while now. Grace selection prices are great, great customer service and I highly recommend this for everyone.

      TERRIBLE QUALITY and Service. I purchased a pair of Yari, Hands Free shoes on March 31, 2023. At the end of August I noticed a separation of the outer shoe material from the Base, some what like the pealing of the skin of a Banana or an Orange. When I contacted OrthoFeet, an explained my issue and attached photos, I was told “This is normal wear and tear”. Well not my idea of normal. I have other footwear that are years old and still look new. Do NOT PURCHASE this companies product.

      My wife is an avid walker. We are in our 70s, and she has been increasingly suffering with bunions for several years. Last February I researched and surprised her with. these shoes. In 7 months, she has walked at least 30 miles a week/210 miles total. Last week she showed me the heel holes!!
      Her new pair just arrived.... and I included the special socks!
      Now I'm the King of Piano Road!!
      AWESOME SHOES.

      Ortho Feet has been excellent in all respects. While I am quite athletic and not sickly - I do have wide feet and a Hallux Rigidous lump on one foot. Their products offer as advertised, very solid and comfortable shoes. Their customer service is second to none - very responsive and accommodating. I have returned 3 pairs - (size issue, the looks in person on my feet vs the photos) things like that. All very smooth and friendly and cost and hassle free. I have 8 pairs now for different applications and could not be happier with their product and customer service.

      Found this website and bought a pair of Orthopedic shoes almost a year ago From the day I wore them. I have had no arthritis pain and I have been able to go back to work bartending full-time. I still have the same shoes and I still have no arthritis pain it is amazing. I wear these shoes every day do if I’m home and I wear another pair of shoes within two hours my back, knees and my hips hurt. I am 100 percent being honest. These shoes are a miracle.

      Everything about Libiti.com is a scam. They lie and cheat. Their nice photos and fancy descriptions are misleading to such an extreme degree that you feel stupid for having gone against your good advice and ordered from them. You will regret it. What you receive is so far out of this world from what you think you are ordering. They should all be shut down and sent to prison for the unconscionable and unethical operation.
