      I have 6 pairs of shoes from Orthofeet. I am a medical provider and on my feet a lot.
      The shoes have addressed my heel pain and corn issues even with my daily 1.5 - 3 mile walk with my husband. I tried a pair of sandals on my trip to Spain, walking all day in comfort! First time I have worn sandals in 10 years.
      I did a lot of research on shoes and feet and have tried numerous brands - I suggest that anyone with feet/back problems have a professional evaluation to make sure they understand their own needs before thinking any product can magically fix them.
      My feet have widened and I have had to adjust my size. I have had to return several orders and the returns and refund services are prompt and simple and exactly as explained.
      this is a reputable and responsible company.

      Kita - hands free is the shoe for me. The day they came I put them on and wear it everyday since. I would have preferred a different color than rose But comfort is the bottom line, not style. These shoes are way better than a regular tennis shoe. The arch support is excellent, the toe box big enough for my big toe and width just right. I love them.
      Two weeks ago I bought another pair of shoes, in the Casual line. They arrived as promised but the shoes were way too short for my size 10's. The return process of reboxing and printing a label took 10 minutes. Then off to the PO. Thanks Orthofeet, you stand behind your policy. I see the reviews that complain about a 60 day policy. One would think that 60 days, 2 months, is long enough to see if shoes fit.

      I've learned the hard way - after buying countless shoes seeking comfort, the ONLY shoes that I consistently get comfort is from Orthofeet. Not only are they comfortable standing and walking, I always get their styles with a velcro clasp on the inside of the foot which is much easier to get on and get off than clasps on the outside of the foot.
      Their shoes last and they fit.
      I no longer buy shoes from anywhere else.

      When I first starting ordering from Ortho I had to keep returning the shoes at no cost until I figured the proper size and width I needed. Now I can pretty much order any style and it will fit so comfortably, I never have problems with my feet hurting anymore. After about 3 months I order their replacement orthotic. I require lots of cush and after 3 months it seems to disappear. I don't have to order another pair of shoes just another orthotic from Ortho which is much cheaper then another pair of shoes.

      I have a bunion and very arthritic feet. I love the extra wide toes on all their shoes, sure makes a difference.

      I have worn Orthofeet shoes exclusively for at least 6 years. They are wonderful, do what they say and the company stands behind their promises. I have back, knee and foot problems. All due to arthritis. The shoes are like wearing slippers, no, BETTER because of the support they give. First thing on in the morning, last thing off at night!??

      Ordered Emma black boot. The most comfortable boot I have ever worn. They come with extra foot inserts and plastic arch support. It takes a few minutes to add or remove insoles for your specific comfort. I wore these boots for several hours for errands. I have flat feet, ankle surgery and metal screws in my foot. So comfortable that I didn't want to take off. Little pricey but very well worth the money to have feet that do not hurt while walking.

      I have 2 pair of shoes from Orthofeet and I love them both. I walked for 12 days around Greece on rough surfaces and my feet never hurt. I love the free shipping and easy return policy. I ordered a pair of sandals that were too big and returned them via USPS that very day and ordered a smaller size.       Product not as described, loose cheap uncomfortable shoe claiming the opposite. Do not buy, they don’t honor return policy as stated in website. The website is a possible scam.
