      I was hoping the shoes would help my neuropathy, but instead they actually gave me additional problems (bursitis) by digging into my heels.

      When I tried to get the 60-day money back refund they stalled until I was out of my 60 day timeframe and then denied it.

      I will never purchase Orthofeet shoes again. I found that Hokah shoes worked much better.

      This is the best company to get shoes from especially foot problems, i couldn’t find shoes for 1 entire year had to wear slippers even outside in win. Then I found orthofeet, the first time I put on there shoes it was like walking on a cloud , very very comfortable, so happy and you get free shipping both ways, you can’t ask for anything more, Also great sales!!

      Orthofeet is a wonderful company. Fast service, easy return process. Products are amazing. The pain in my feet has almost completely disappeared while wearing the Orthofeet shoes I've purchased.

      I'm really amazed at some of the negative reviews that I read. My experience has been so much different.

      I keep receiving emails for 35% off and I have bought 2 pairs of shoes now. There was no 35% discount at checkout. Nowhere to click on a 35% discount. I used the First Responder discount, but that is less than the 35%. I received another email today for a flash sale up to 35% off. I found a pair of shoes I like and no discount at all at checkout! I have yet to see this 35% discount! Is this a scam? Please Orthofeet, tell us how to get this 35% discount!

      This review is regarding the Orthofeet slippers I purchased from the company. I have a lot of difficulty finding footwear that is comfortable. Fortunately I discovered Orthofeet several years ago and have been purchasing strictly from them ever since. My latest purchase was the new slip-on slippers. Since I have a drop foot among other issues it was necessary for me to have slippers that had the closed back. When I saw that OrthoFeet had this style I ordered them immediately. So glad I did. I absolutely love them. They’re comfortable and supportive and the slip-on feature is wonderful and so helpful in making it easier for me to be independent. They have a great indoor/outdoor sole if you need to go outside. I bought the cherry. I usually need to order the extra extra wide width however these slippers only go up to extra wide. Fortunately I was able to wear this width and I’m grateful to OrthoFeet for offering them. I decided to order another pair but they have already sold out of my size. I did request to be notified when they come in again. Btw, my husband also ordered this style in the men’s version and he’s very pleased with them. With free shipping with delivery and returning there’s no reason not to give this company a try. Thanks again to everyone at OrthoFeet.

      I have been using Orto feet products for five years and they are fantastic. I particularly like the slip-on shoes and I just ordered some slip-on slippers! With neuropathy I have found the features of these shoes are very conducive in regard to addressing all of the associated irritations that we experience with our feet as we get older. I particularly like the bamboo socks for comfort and less restrictiveness. Overall service is exceptional with Ortho feet's test and return policy. I tried several of their shoes that I did not like, and returns were never a problem. I have recommended Ortho feet to many of my friends and relatives.

      I purchased a pair of boots for my husband and a couple months later ordered a pair of shoes for myself. Well both are trash. The soles have come apart from the shoes and you can mortally see the stitching at the bottom of the actual shoe and boot. Now I'm out hundreds of dollars for the worst shoes that I've ever purchased that were not the most comfortable shoe by any means and the insoles were no good. You can actually buy way better ones at Walmart. Also they falsified information on their 2 part sock and only send you one. They are SCAMMERS they lie to get you to pay an outrageous amount of money for dollar store quality shoes. I've had shoes that I paid a lot less for for many years but these didn't even last but a few months before the insoles came apart.

      I initially bought a pair of shoes and returned them, customer service was good second pair of shoes I bought one of the d-ring loops failed obviously defective it split in half. I wore the shoes less than 10 times I do not stand on my feet for long because my knees are bad. If you looked at the shoe you would think it was new. I contacted customer service they told me they had a 6-month warranty along with a bunch of nonsense. I was 2 months over their warranty. Their shoes are less expensive than their competitors, they are made in China like their competitors but components are cheap such as these d-rings that are on these particular shoes. I will not be doing business with them again.
