      I feel scammed. They advertised their shoes in my doctor's office- I was given a catalog to choose a pair of diabetic shoes. My doctor's office called to say they did not have my size. But funny thing--when I went to their site they were in stock. I feel lied to, mis led. The sad part is in the past I have purchased at least four of their products but feel so upset about the situation. There are other more trustworthy companies out there. Now I have to take another day off to look through a catalog in my doctor's office because the TWO styles I picked were not in stock--but again--funny thing they're available for me to directly purchase online. Very deceitful. They will never get my money again.

However, please note that Orthofeet has no control over what each medical provider decides to buy and keep in stock. They are completely independent from us. Most medical providers who work with us only keep a limited selection of styles, colors, sizes and widths as it can become very difficult to stock all combinations. We suggest you try speaking to your medical provider to possibly stock this in the future, Please let us know if there is anything else we can help with.

      Love these shoes! And the company is so good about returns and exchanges.
      These shows are the only ones I’ve found hat offer an extra wide toebox, which I need.
      Styles are always up to date and communication with them is awesome.

      Great product, for TWO months
      Really liked, but quality and workmanship did not last past the first two months. Of course this is also the return time. For the average 71 year old I can NOT recommend this product for the price to be of any benefit after only two months. Sad

We do have a 6 month warranty for defects however the photos you provided did not indicatany defect with the item.       After "customizing" my regular tennis shoes--by slicing open multiple parts of the shoes in order to accept my abnormal toes and feet--I discovered Ortho shoes--and socks, allowing me to toss my old 'dogs' and comfortably wear my Ortho shoes and socks--without any customizing! I quickly ordered a 2nd pair of the Ortho shoes, and have subsequently placed multiple orders for Ortho socks. The callouses on the ball of both feet, plus 2 box toes, and an extra large bunion on one foot, wearing my Ortho products have been a dream come true. Thank you Ortho for making my old feet comfortable during my daily walks.

      Quincy shoe in a wide still snug in sides of feet around toes. Back of shoe slides up and down. Arch support is very minimal and the arch booster (piece of plastic) is a joke. No cushioning under forefeet and using the pads they provide make shoes even tighter around the toes. I could not find a way to leave a review on their site. No wonder!

      I was all ready to but Stechers but than decieded to purchase Orthofeet.

      I am somewhat disappointed because their are to many times that the shoes will not slip on my feet so than I have to set in a chair to but them on like a regular shoe.

      This is the second pair of this style that I have ordered. The first pair was great, but these aren't very good. The sizing is apparently off, because these are tighter than the previous pair, they hurt my toes, and they are difficult to put on. I don't think I would buy any more of their shoes, because they're too expensive to be having these problems.
