Purchased car (2019 Cadillac XT4, 32k miles) at Holman Cadillac on 12/8/22.First issue: Accident reported on carfax was not mentioned by sales rep until AFTER credit was ran for loan application (car was financed). Didnt seem correct to mention such critical information until after credit was ran. Paint does not match on all panels as a result of this, which is not noticeable on sunny days, but very noticeable on cloudy days. This cosmetic defect was not stated at time of purchase. I noticed it myself a few weeks after, and was told nothing could be done about it.Second issue: Car had breaking issues and rattling issues about 6 months into ownership, returned to dealership on 3 separate occasions for service. First occasion, I was told the breaking issue could not be replicated, no charge for break inspection. Second occasion I was seen 3 days ahead of my scheduled appointment as the car was unable to park. The gearshift is electronic, and when switched to park, would simply switch ***************, preventing the car from shutting off, dealership stated it was just a computer glitch, in addition to claiming that the breaking issue could not be replicated. I was charged about $80 for break inspection and told I should have been charged the first time. Third visit resulted in statement from dealership that rotors were warped and needed sanding (priced at roughly $1,000). No accountability was taken by dealership over first two erroneous visits. Rattling sounds were never accounted for, despite being promised a test drive with head technician (which never occurred). Third issue is that the check engine light turned on in august of 2023. I was told the part required is under warranty, but on back order. (Purge pump). Due to check engine light illuminating, remote start is disabled. It has been 3 months since, and the service department no longer responds to my messages. GM tried calling, but I couldnt pickup. I emailed them, but havent heard anything in 5 days

On November 9th 2022 i had a scheduled appointment to take my 2016 Cadillac Escalade Platinum into Holman Cadillac for a service recall for the transmission wiring harness. on that day as i was driving there my engine failed and i had to have my trucked towed to Holman Cadillac. I given a loaner vehicle . While my truck was there i was told the reason it would not start was because of a faulty fuel pump. I approved for the fuel pump replacement. After the fuel pump replacement was complete I was informed that the truck still would not start and that i would need a engine replacement and that they did not rebuild engines and that they would install an used engine at the cost of $26000. i declined and said that i would have my trucked towed from their facility when the transmission work was complete I received a phone call and text messages on March 22 2023 informing me that my truck was ready for pick up and i needed to bring back the loaner. Upon arriving at the facility i was told my my service advisor *********************** that my truck was outside in back. Upon reching my vehicle i notice that the hood of my truck was open and it was raining and my engine was somewhat disassembled. I then went back into the office to inform ***** of the condition of my vehicle and he said that he would contact someone to find out why my vehicle was in the rain with the hood open and engine disassembled. i went back outside, and as i was walking back into the office i walk up on a conversation between *********************** and his service manager ************************* in which ******* stated to ***** that he doesnt know why *************** is complaning he didnt have to pay for anything. I then intervene in the conversation and said when i brought my truck here it was not disassembled and i feel it should leave the same was. ******* then stated that his servive mechanic must have not completed putting everything back on my truck before they put it outside. i also noticed there was some fluid leaking.

I purchased a 2014 Cadillac from Car *** in April 2022 with *** care which is an extended warranty covering 100% of mechanical issues. On Feb 2, 2023 as I was on my way to have knee surgery the car just shut off in the middle of the street and would not start. It was towed to ****** who later informed me they were unable to fix the car and that it would be towed to Holman Cadillac for repairs. I said ok and waited for someone to contact me from Cadillac. A woman named ********** reached out to me after getting approval from MaXCare to install a new vacuum pump. She stated that the mechanic accidentally broke the camshaft while installing the pump and that she would be reaching out to the MaXCare again for the approval of the camshaft. At some point they realized that the car needed an entire new engine and then reached out again to get approval from ***care after providing them with a scope of the work. MaXCare stated they will be covering the engine and not the camshaft since putting a new engine comes with a new camshaft anyway and basically the extra work is a double labor charge and is unnecessary. Cadillac reached out to me and said that I am now responsible to pay a little over $4,000 to cover the remaining balance if I want my car or to pick it up as is with the engine out of it, since my warranty is only covering $12,000. ***Care told me Cadillac is overcharging for labor and are not charging MSRP for parts and that I had to take it up with them. I spoke to a manager and he suggested he work something out with me where I pay $1500 if he can get the camshaft covered. Had I known I would have to pay an out of pocket expense aside from my deductible I would have never agreed to get the work done. It was also never communicated to me that MaXCare only allows $199 for labor charges and Cadillac charged $226 for labor and that I would be responsible to pay the difference if the car went to a place that was considered "out of network". I need my car repaired asap.

Brand new 2023 CT5 cadillac. Died last Friday after only 3 months of ownership and **** miles. ****** vehicle. Dealer has had car since Friday and cannot give me a straight answer on the vehicle. They tried putting me in a rental car, but they are supposed to supply a Cadillac loaner per the lease agreement. Eventually I had to make an argument and finally got a loaner. I just want an answer or a new replacement vehicle of equal value if this brand new car cannot be fixed. I know nothing because they also have no idea what's wrong with the car.

My 2016 Cadiilac Escalade Platinum was scheduled to have the transmission wire harness changed under GM warranty on Nov 9th 2022 at Holman Cadillac in ************ ** on this day as i was leaving to take my truck to the dealership, and as i was driving my truck shut off and would not start again. I attached my OBDII diagnostic computer to the *** and codes P0463 and P00C6 which involves fuel system i then check to see if there was fuel pressure going to the fuel rail on the engine and there was fuel going to the engine but engine would not turn over i had it towed to Holman Cadillac and on Nov 15th 2022 i received a text with a video attached containing the results on the diagnosis. I was informed that that the fuel pump was the reason why my truck wouldn't start and needed to be replaced , i then contacted my service representative *********************** and told him that there was infact fuel pressure and maybe some off the other fuel system componets should be checked. On December 8th 2022 i received a call from someone in the service department to inform me that the fuel pump was changed but the trucked still failed to start and the cost of the replacement of the fuel pump and diagnostic would be $1887.12 And there would be additional charges to further diagnostic testing.i asked why being that the miss diagnosis was their fault.
