I was scheduled for an interview no one showed up to the call or responsed any of my calls. When they finally did they were trying to say it wasn't there fault and didn't want to take accountability for being unprofessional just excuse after excuse. I have as far as I can tell there entire staff is located in ***** and no one knows what they are doing

My experience with Artech was extremely negative. They acted as a middle vendor between me, another staffing firm, and *********. I had already passed the client interview, received approval, and was in the onboarding process. However, Artech deliberately chose not to present my profile to the client and even went so far as to recommend against hiring me. Their interference directly caused my opportunity to be cancelled. This is a clear example of why middle vendors like Artech add no real value:Dishonest and self-serving: Instead of supporting the candidate and client, they put their own interests first, even at the cost of sabotaging someone elses career opportunity.Unprofessional conduct: Making decisions behind closed doors without transparency or accountability is unacceptable.Barrier, not a bridge: Rather than facilitating the hiring process, they acted as an obstacle, creating problems where none existed.Artechs behavior was not just unprofessional but harmful. Candidates and clients should be very cautious when dealing with them. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against trusting Artech as a staffing partner.

Mr. **** ********,We initiated an investigation as soon as we received your complaint. Here are our findings: Our records indicate that you were placed at Accenture for an Oracle project through Artech. You worked on the assignment only for 20 days and abruptly quit without any notice. When you quit you mentioned that you had accepted another role at a much higher pay and were unwilling to discuss further when Artech tried to retain you at the Accenture assignment. Our understanding is that the 'better opportunity' later fell through. You then attempted to bypass Artech, by applying to Accenture through another supplier. ********* brought it to Artech as Artech was the pass-through supplier for this opportunity. During the process your prior work history came up. Unfortunately, your abrupt departure (with no notice given) the previous time was considered as unprofessional and not acceptable. The client decided to not move forward. While we empathize with you on how disappointing it must be for you, we want you to understand that it was your previous actions that ultimately cost you the chances of being re-hired. So, I hope you realize that it is unfair to blame Artech in whatever happened. Having said the above, Artech is a believer in giving second chances. As a good-will gesture, Artech would be willing to redeploy you on assignment with its other clients. Please let us know if you would be interested in such opportunities. If you are not interested, we wish you the very best in all your future endeavors.

Thank you for your response and for taking the time to review my concerns.I would like to clarify a few points regarding the situation. Artech submitted my notice directly to ********* on the same day I informed your team that ********* intended to assign me to a different role than the one we initially agreed upon. The following day, ********* instructed me to stop working, so by that time, the notice had already been processed by Artech.Regarding the later opportunity with *********, I was already in the onboarding process when Artech presented me with a significantly lower offer compared to another vendor. When I declined the reduced rate, Artech discontinued my application despite my onboarding being underway. If Artech had provided a better rate and accurately communicated the nature of the role from the start, this situation could have been avoided. I felt misled about the position, which ultimately led to the misunderstanding that ************ mentioned that Artech believes in second chances. If that is the case, I am open to redeployment opportunities, provided that the role details are transparent, the agreed terms are honored, and compensation is fair and consistent with market standards.I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss potential next steps and explore suitable roles where we can move forward positively.

Uses AI to collect and data mine your information; uses "virtual recruiter" to lure potential candidates into providing their personal information. This business should be shutdown.

Hello Ms. *********** your complaint. We immediately initiated a thorough investigation. Artech LLC does have an AI bot and it is not unique to Artech as most staffing companies have it too. The current process at Artech is that: The bot makes the initial call to potential candidates. If the call is answered, then the bot tries to get their availability, experience, skills & probably their preferred pay rate. No PII or any other sensitive information is collected by the bot. These bot calls are recorded.Potential candidates can always refuse to respond or provide any information during the reach out.If there was a 2-way conversation, then the *** is for a recruiter to reach out within 15 minutes of the initial bot call to provide details on the job opportunity. We checked our records, and it shows that you did not have any conversation with the bot (meaning you either did not respond to or talk to the bot). So, we are perplexed as to why you would make such unfounded allegations and pronounce that Artech should be shutdown. We give you the opportunity to visit our HQ in **********, **, so we can walk you through the process & show the checks & balances we have in place to ensure data privacy. Please feel free to check us out ****************************** as well. However, if you are not interested, then we request you to cease and desist from making such unfounded and dubious claims. We wish you the very best in all your future endeavors.

Finding job seekers via social media who are actively searching for jobs, tracking their profiles whether they ended current jobs are among the best tactics to reach out to obtain data and keep chasing to submit their profiles to so called supply chain databases that we the people do not know are being added on newly created people search sites, sold to data brokers. If you are a legit business, can you list phone numbers that are under your business registration? Once it is informed not to contact why multiple staff is reaching out randomly? Can you list your global offices address and supply chain application where you add our records? Can you list how many candidate are currently placed for the jobs? Can you list which social media allowed you to access my contact information without my knowledge?

You are also welcome to visit us at any of our office locations in the **. ***, ******** HQ is located at **********, ** and we will be able to provide all the information you have requested. If you posted your resume in any of the job boards, then our *** would pull your resume into our database. However, it looks like you do not wish to be contacted by Artech, so we will delete your resume/profile from our database, and you would not be disturbed in future. I received a phone call and an email from a "recruiter" representing this company and I felt like it was not legit, but I discussed the alleged opportunity with him. After speaking with him, he had another one of his colleagues reach out to me, and that's when I was advised that the company I would be contracted to, needed the last four of my social in order to "submit" me as a potential candidate. I advised them that I wasn't comfortable providing that, and after I sent the email to an HR friend of mine, we dug a little deeper and found out that this company doesn't ask for this information and it states it right on their website. It's shameful that you can't even look for employment without someone trying to take advantage of you. Please be careful out here people, if something doesn't feel right, it's usually because it isn't right.

Hello Ms. *********** you for your review/comment. We are happy that you checked Artech website and heeded the warning in there about imposters using ********************************* to solicit PII from potential candidates. FYI, our domain is **************************. So, only respond to emails from **************************. If in doubt, please reach out to us and we can confirm if a particular recruiter is Artech employee or not. Having said the above, I do want to clarify that Artech is an IT staffing company that places contingent workers with its clients on contract assignments. Artech has over 100+ Fortune 500 companies as its clients. Each of these clients have very specific program guidelines that every supplier, staffing companies like Artech, must adhere to. Some clients prerequisites to submit a candidate in their job portal can entail creating a unique id. The unique id may contain the candidates last 4 digits of the *** and the ************ of birth (not the year) along with their name. Without this unique ID, the suppliers would be unable to submit the candidates in the client job portal. So, our recruiters would request the above information only for the job requisitions of those clients. However, please note that we would never request the full *** or other PII prior to onboarding. Please provide the name(s) of the recruiter (and the clients name, if it was presented to you), and we will verify if the job opportunity is legit or not. Thanks once again for doing your due diligence and checking Artech website.

Hello Ms. ************* your review. There seems to be clearly a misunderstanding, and I wanted to take this opportunity to clarify Artech's processes and practices. FYI, Artech is an IT staffing firm that places contingent workforce for contract opportunities with its clients. We were trying to submit you for one of our **** clients job requisitions. This particular clients prerequisites to submit a candidate in their job portal is to create a 'unique secure id' for each candidate with their last 4 digits of the *** and the ************ of birth (not the year) along with their name. Without this 'Unique secure ID', the suppliers (like Artech) would be unable to move forward with their submittal in the client portal. This is the only reason the recruiter would have requested the information from you.***, any IT staffing company that works with this specific client would have requested this information as all suppliers to this client are required to adhere to the clients program guidelines. Hope this clarifies. If you still do not wish to work with Artech, then please let us know and we will delete your resume from our database. We wish you the very best in all your endeavors.

I worked for a client through Artech's ********** They get these commercial staffing contracts with big firms because they are supposedly a US-based, minority and women-owned agency. Ha. They are an ************** with some US offices, and there's no evidence they are women-owned. That's absolutely not part of their identity. The job they got me was legit, albeit initially misleading, as they never informed me of the end client I would be subcontracted out to until I questioned them after my interview & offer. The agency offers scant benefits, one of them being a 401k. At the end of the contract I tried to find info on this 401k, only to discover it had been set up but never funded. When I investigated this error with them, they could provide no reason, accepted no responsibility for this error, and blamed me for not catching the problem sooner. Maybe poor treatment of employees is acceptible in ***** but not in the **. It was wholly unprofessional, and sadly 100% in character with the reviews on this page. DO NOT WORK with this company.

Ms. *********** your complaint. We immediately initiated an ****************** are the details of our findings:1.The job opportunity you got was not only legit, but it was with the big blue.2.Typically, the name of the end client is not revealed until an interview is set up. This process is followed by Artech at the behest of its clients. Since the interview is conducted by the client, you would have known who the client was when the interview was scheduled by the recruiter. ***** I will address your *************************** Dec 2022 and were indeed set up for 401 K with Artechs provider.4.Typically, after the standard waiting period, you should have been able to fund the 401K (in your case from Feb 2023 onwards). 5.However, in the interim (in January) Artech had moved from 1 service provider to another.6.Apparently when the transition happened, your information transferred to the new service provider as an existing employee with 0% contribution instead of existing employee with 0% contribution in the waiting period. 7.When we checked with the provider on how this could have happened, they indicated that employees that were active when the transition happened ,their system considered them as existing participant and their system did not process their default enrolment, even if they became eligible after the transition,. 8.Please note that Artech only authorizes the transfer and does not get involved in the process or how it is done 9.Immediately after the transfer was completed Artech notified about the change in the service providers and requested its employees to check the data in their new account and notify immediately if anything was amiss.10.Since you did not notify us then, there was no way for Artech to know your 0% contribution was continuing even after the waiting period was over. 11. There was no mention of it from you during the entire stint - even after receiving your paystubs and the W2 for 2023 We are extremely sorry that you were unable to make any contributions to your 401K while you were with Artech. Unfortunately, neither Artech nor its service providers are able to remedy it now since you notified Artech about it only in Jan 2025, several months after your employment ended in mid-2024.Having said the above, I would now like to address your comments about Artech which clearly has some racial undertones. Artech LLC is indeed a US based company. It is the largest women owned IT staffing company in the **. The CEO and Co-founder of the company is indeed a woman and just because she happens to be of Indian descent does not make the company an *************** It was founded in the ** and its HQ is in New **********, Artech is a preferred vendor of over 100 Fortune 500 companies and has offices in **, ****** ***** and *********** as well having a presence in ******, *******, ******, and *********. Artech has a global workforce of over *****. We request you to check out our website (Artech - Intelligence is Human) to get more details about Artech, its clients and its processes. ***, poor treatment of employees is not acceptable in ***** too and we request you to cease and desist from making such racial tropes against a country or its people when you clearly do not seem to have sufficient knowledge/ information about it.After having worked with Artech for over 18 months and not having had any complaints during the stint, it is ironic and unfortunate that you believe Artech is unprofessional and are advising people to not work with it.Please let us know if we need to remove your resume from our database, so you are not contacted by our recruiters for redeployment opportunities with any of our Fortune ***************************************** all your future endeavors.

I got a call for a job for them. They offered me a huge amount but I had to send my ID and ss# . Then I received a non compete letter. This was all before I interviewed with the company. They called me eight times and emails. I block the number and a new number called. Last time was a man trying push me and offered me twice of what the job paid. I knew it was a scam. Hello ************************* to your BBB complaint, we initiated an internal investigation. Here are the details from the investigation:One of our *********** clients released a job requisition for an ******************* specialist in mid-November to all its vendors, Artech, being one of the vendors. From searching the database, the Artech recruiter believed your profile may be suitable for the job and reached out to you to check your interest level and availability for the ****** the phone call, you evinced interest and indicated your availability for the said role and agreed to the pay rate offered. In the call you were also informed about the Right to represent (Agency consent) form that is a client requirement to submit your resume to them.Later in the same day, you followed up with the recruiter asking them to send the Right to represent (***) form, so you could fill it out and return it quickly. The Artech recruiter immediately sent the *** form along with the job details (job description, location, rate etc.) to you.Since you did not respond to the recruiters email, they sent a follow- up email the very next day indicating to you that they will not be able to submit your resume without your written ********** per the clients program guidelines, the vendors are required to follow a particular process for each resume submittal in the client portal. The clients standard submittal requirements for all its vendors are:**** vendor has to create a unique and Secure ID for each candidate submitted to the client.oThe Secure ID is a combination of the ************ of the candidates DOB & the last 4 digits of the *** oAlong with the secure ID, the vendors must have the candidates legal first & last name (middle initial if applicable) in order to submit the candidates profile to the client. ** signed ***/Agency consent form is required to ensure that Vendors have the candidates consent to submit the resume. This is the standard process every vendor is required to follow for every job requisition from this client. Artech followed it too.Your response to the recruiter's email was to decline the opportunity. This was confusing to the recruiter since, you seemed very interested in the role and had followed-up with the recruiter the previous night. When the recruiter tried to reach you, you were ****************, this time the recruiters team lead reached out to you to check if you wanted to be submitted or not to the said job ************** that point, you mentioned that the pay rate was less and so the Team lead offered to raise the pay rate.Despite the pay rate increase you declined the opportunity and so Artech was unable to submit your profile to the client. From this investigation, it is clear Artech recruiter followed the resume submittal processes set forth by the client. I would like to take this opportunity to provide information about Artech. FYI, Artech is the #1 Women owned IT staffing company in the **. Apart from the **, Artech has offices in ******, *****, *****, ******, ******* and ******. Artech has around 100 Fortune 500 clients in the ** and our team of recruiters work towards finding suitable candidates for client contract job opportunities. You can check our website ************************************** to know about Artech, its clients and practices. We hope we have provided enough information to show Artech is a genuine and legal company. If you no longer wish for Artech to find you suitable job opportunities, please let us know, so we can mark you unavailable indefinitely.
