- Memberships typically have a 3-day refund on any new membership sign up fees. After the 3rd business day, sign up fees are non refundable. The monthly fee and annual fee continue on your regular billing schedule. Depending on the membership a 30 day written notice is needed to properly cancel a monthly membership subscription. This can be delivered to the clubs address. Once received, one more final billing will occur within 30 days and access to the facility will be granted for 30 days following the final billing. Essentially making this a month to month billing system with no long contracts. Not all clubs and memberships offer the same policy so it is important to check with the club on what policy applies to your membership or when starting a new one.
