    Me and my family visited the Jersey Mikes in Whiteville, North Carolina and we ordered 1 Giant Original Italian and 1 Big Chauna. We got home and opened the sandwich and the bread underneath wasn’t fully cooked and the top of the bread was hard and dry. I reached out to them online 2 weeks ago about my issue and no one at the Whiteville , NC., location followed up with me in the 24-28 hours as they promised. I then reached out to them again and they continued to be unprofessional and stalled on assisting or addressing the issue.

    On June 7 2025, I went into the Jersey Mikes Subs on Spectrum Drive in *********, MD. I ordered the same sandwich I always get and ordered the same way I always do. The first ******** who was cutting the meat was missing the sandwich each time as he tossed onto there making it very messy with no attempt to fix it. When I asked the ******** ******** to fix it he was a bit confused. I then told the other ******** "*****" that I did not want it wrapped and wanted it in a box. Again, this is exactly the way I order it at every Jersey Mikes I go to. He seemed flustered and confused and literally flicked the sandwich at me after slapping it in a box and tossing it around. SO yeah the sandwich got messed up again. When I asked him to fix it he began yelling at me about wrapping it to which I told him "Keep it" and I left. I was on my lunch break of 30 minutes and now because of him I did not get to each lunch. I find it rather ironic that now the shop had to throw the sandwich out and lose the $9.45 (which is way way overpriced) and still pay him for his time in treating customers like garbage. When I got back to work I called the restaurant and asked to speak to a manager and it turned out "*****" was the manager! He did not think he did anything wrong and began yelling at me again. Why on earth do you employ people like that?

    Hello, I went to Jersey ****** on June ****** , I ordered a number 9 Giant and a number 9 Mini both subs was not fresh on the bread and very stale, I contacted customer support but no luck on the help as they still haven't responded saying waiting on the receipt but I was never given one at the time of purchase, but I paid with debit card order name was under *******, also manager was very rude number I used for points was ************

    I have ordered delivery from Jersey's Mikes 3 times in the past month through ********. This includes a $5 delivery fee and a tip paid to ********. However, when receiving the order, Jersey Mike's has made the sandwiches incorrectly all 3 times. I have attempted to call their store but they answer the phone only about half of the time so I have to drive to the store to address my issues. They figure that a free sub coupon is sufficient - which does not do anything to cover the cost of delivery or tip which is moot now that I had to drive to the store directly. Upon speaking with the assistant manager, Trenton; general manager, Paeton; and regional manager, Jake, it was advised that Jersey Mike's refuses to process refunds for customers. Their only option is to "make-up" for these issues by providing points or coupons but fail to acknowledge the additional costs and inconvenience the customer experiences. It also requires multiple follow-ups over days just to get some sort of resolution. Allegedly, the refund process is coming from corporate but the franchise owners also somehow don't have any accountability to corporate - at least per the regional manager/co-owner of the property. So, you'd think there'd be a way to contact corporate to discuss this policy but instead, the complaint just gets pushed back to the franchise owner as their corporate offices have no oversight or engagement in these concerns. It's ridiculous that a franchise owner can blame corporate but in the same breath advise that corporate can't be contacted. Pretty shady if you won't allow complaints against franchise owners and it's even more shady that they refuse refunds. When a customer incurs additional expenses that a company refuses to refund, that is borderline theft and a customer shouldn't be forced to frequent the business risking another issue since it clearly isn't being resolved appropriately. I'd like someone from the corporate office to contact me promptly.

    The purchase in Georgia was a fraud and my award points were stolen. I live in Hertford NC and purchased items in Elizabeth City, NC area a couple hours earlier the same day. I was never in GA nor could I be in two places that far apart in the time it took to place this order. I’m not sure if a worker in Elizabeth City, NC location told someone about my point status n the Loganville, GA location area, or stolen a different way. I request my points be restored and infestation on how this happened. Thanks

    I called in an order for 3 subs, and all three came incorrect. The 2 giant italian subs were mikes way with extras added, both identical. Then i ordered a buffalo chicken sub for my son. For some reason they did not place the extras (jalapenos, mustard, pickles etc) on the italians but on the buffalo chicken. I then tried to call the store and received nothing but a busy signal for over 30 minutes now. I resorted to filling out a complaint on the app, but I did this several months back and no one ever responded so i'm expecting this issue to also get no response. None of this makes any sense, from the wrong subs, to not being able to contact anyone, to being ignored the last time i tried to contact the store through the app when i had an issue. It is the ************* location, and the order was called in around 6:30 pm on 3/21. I entered my phone number for points so there should be a record of this transaction.

    Hello, I ordered the number 9 the meats on the sub was where overcooked and not fresh. I had to be at work so not sure what receipt it was on but I got both tickets one is **-*********-****** & **-*********-****** on one of those I believe, also my points never got added my account on both orders TICKETS are last 6 of both orders ****** & ******

    On February 7, 2025, a Jersey Mike’s store made my order incorrectly, despite using 144 Shore Points from my account. I’ve since tried resolving this with corporate, but they’ve ignored me. I’ve:
    Called ###-###-#### on Feb 10 and Feb 20, 2025, leaving voicemails with no reply.

    Phoned ###-###-#### on Feb 15, 2025, with no follow-up.

    Submitted a form at ***********.***/contact-us on Feb 18, 2025, getting no response.

    on Twitter on Feb 25, 2025, with no answer.

    As of March 19, 2025, over 40 days later, I’ve had zero communication despite explaining the issue and requesting my points back. This lack of response is unacceptable and has left me without my earned points.

    I had a bad experience at Jersey ****** on **************** in ********, ** on Feb 10, 2025. I shared the issue (details below) in their contact us section of their website and also left a voicemail with the corporate office. I have not heard back from either source and it has been a month.--------I had a terrible experience at Jersey ****** today. I ordered a mini #8 and a giant #8, and the service was awful from start to finish. While cutting the meat, bits and pieces were flying off the blade, and there were spots on the bread with no meat. I had to repeatedly tell the employee to add pieces to cover the bread. He worked very messily, and it showed.When it came to toppings, I asked for lettuce but mentioned I didnt want the brown parts. He told me he had cut the lettuce that morning, so it would have brown in it. I asked him to get fresher lettuce from the bottom, but he responded with an attitude. Then, when I asked for tomatoes and "****** Way," he added way too much mayonnaise and made the sandwich incredibly sloppy.Every time I tried to address an issue, he came back with an excuse. On top of that, the restaurant itself wasnt clean, and I had to ask multiple times if the bread was fresh and soft. This experience was incredibly disappointing, and I wont be returning anytime soon.
