    On 03/01/2024, I placed an app order for two subs at the Torrington, CT, store. I had to wait a while to get my subs. I started driving away and came back after noticing that part of the order was missing. The store did not have the extra products I ordered. I tried to obtain a refund but had no idea it would be a big deal. Because I tried to obtain a refund for the two products, Your store rep started insulting me, belittling me, and embarrassing me in front of the other crew guys and the customers. He yelled to issue me a fund refund because I was talking. If you are a woman, Hispanic, and over 50, per the guy, you are not allowed to "talk." I went into detail in my complaint on the company's website, but nobody contacted me. The guy asked me if I also wanted the District Manager's number because he knew nobody would do anything about it. After the guy refunded the total amount (which was not what I asked), he angrily took the two subs close to me (in front of me) to the counter while I waited a long time for the refund. I felt he was extremely rude, insulting, and aggressive, and I felt that if I had tried to get the subs, he would have hit me or pushed me, or something terrible would have happened to me at that store. Jersey Mike's should have responded to me about my complaint and should have tried to make it right by now. That guy is a liability, and based on his behavior, I have no doubt it is not the first time he has been extremely rude, insulting, and aggressive to other people. Shame on you, Jersey Mike's. We have supported this store, and your business does not seem to care about the people in your community who support you. It is not right to tell anybody that I was getting a full refund because I was "talking" (asking for help), and then I waited for such a long time for the subs and later on for the refund to be aggressive to the customer. Shame on you. I drove from ******* to be disrespected and treated horribly.

    I been trying to reach out to the store about my experience at one of this company location for going on 2wks as of today. I feel like the customer service was what it was because they knew that they wouldn't be held accountable.
