  My husband and I have been wanting to unburden ourselves of our timeshare for many years. Two years ago we met with our resort staff about relinquishing our deed back to the company but were met with a definitive no. Last week we decided to begin searching for a cancellation program via the internet. I must admit that our expectations were low as we anticipated high costs and potential trust issues with respect to what we would be told. Our search began by reviewing Resolution Timeshare Cancellations website which provided a wealth of information. I looked at many reviews for a variety of companies and spoke with two before coming back to Resolution. A very quick response via phone came from *** yesterday at Resolution who scheduled to talk with me at greater length later in the day. However, in the initial call he asked if I had talked with our timeshare company more recently about surrendering the deed. I shared our previous experience with him but agreed that I would make another effort by phone per his suggestion. By the time I talked with *** in the afternoon, I learned that our resort now has a deed back program for which we qualify and we initiated the process. Thank you, ***, for your guidance and no nonsense approach to timeshare cancellation. You saved us lots of time and money. If youre looking for relief from a timeshare, educate yourself and make Resolution Timeshare Cancellation your first call!

  Timeshare Resolutions Cancellation (TRC) operates like a Ponzi scheme. We signed a contract on 8/23/2022 to cancel our timeshare, with a promise that the process typically takes 6 months. However, after 6 months, they claimed it takes 2 years. They offer an 18-month refund clause, which we enacted via certified mail on 6/24/2024. This shouldve triggered their refund process, but it didnt.After no refund, we followed up with their attorney, Mr. ****** on 9/23/2024. He falsely claimed the refund check was mailed but may have been mistaken for junk mail. He promised to void and reissue the check ASAP. By 10/9/2024, no check had arrived. When contacted again, Mr. ***** admitted he forgot to send it. On 10/10/2024, he sent a photo of the check, claiming it was mailed with a signature requirement. However, no tracking info was provided.On 10/24/2024, after further follow-ups, Mr. ***** finally provided a ***** tracking number showing the check wasnt mailed until 10/22/2024. When the check arrived, it was printed so faintly that the bank refused to deposit it. On 11/06/2024, I informed Mr. ****** who requested the check to be returned for reissuance. I mailed it back via ***, which confirmed delivery on 11/11/2024. Despite this, *** failed to issue a replacement check.On 12/04/2024 and 12/10/2024, I emailed Mr. ***** again with proof of delivery, but he didnt respond.I strongly urge others to avoid this company and Mr. *****. Their lack of transparency, repeated falsehoods, and delays make them highly untrustworthy.

  Like most who fall into the trap of buying into a timeshare, my wife and I were looking for a lifeline to help us get out of the mistake we had made.After reading some reviews online and having an initial consultation with a couple timeshare exit companies, we settled on working with Resolution Timeshare Cancellation, LLC. The process takes time, and that is what everyone should know before starting down this road, but in that time, Resolution Timeshare Cancellation always made sure we understood where we were in the journey, what was next, and the expectation of of the timetables.Trust us, it's unfortunate to have to find yourself needing these services, but if you do, you are definitely taking a step in the right direction by giving Resolution Timeshare Cancellation the chance to rectify it for you.

  I extensively researched timeshare exit companies and methods prior to contacting a few of the most highly recommmended companies. Resolution Timeshare Cancellation LLC stood out by far as the best, most caring, most knowledgeable, and most reasonably priced exit company. With their help, I am now timeshare free!   We had an excellent experience with and highly recommend Resolution Timeshare Cancellation. We owned Bluegreen Timeshare points. Initially, RTC answered all our questions, giving us reasonable timing and pricing. After the contract was signed, RTC kept us informed of their progress with our timeshare company. Within 7 months, our timeshare offered us a buyout. This was quicker than we expected, and the outcome was reasonable. RTC guided us through the 20 plus pages of legal papers that had to be signed from the timeshare company. It was a pleasure working with RTC. They are both honest and efficient.

  Absolutely first class organization. They worked on a very difficult situation for some time that resulted in our selling our units direct. They advised us during this process of selling Since we ended up selling direct, they immediately, without question, refunded our fee. They were almost as happy as we were that in the end, we got rid of our units which was the ultimate goal from the start. I would advise anyone who needs to get out of a timeshare to contact them. They will do exactly what they say.

  I contacted Resolution Timeshare Cancellation in December 2022. Per request I sent a copy of the timeshare contract. Two weeks later I received a call informing how I can cancel the contract myself. Such integrity! Such amazing service!

  Resolution Time Shares was absolutely wonderful! They got me out of my time share which was causing a financial burden for me and my family. **************** was honest and up front telling me approximately how long the process could take. He was ALWAYS very responsive and my calls were either answered immediately or within one day!! They also provided a credit monitoring service that works hard to ensure your credit is not severely adversely affected. They charge a flat fee and did absolutely every they told me they would do. I highly recommend them if you are trying to break free of your timeshare!
