    The company offered time share exit services with a money back guarantee. We entered into contract with this company in March 2021. The term of contract was 18 months, and the cost was $2500. At first the company was responsive, keeping us informed on the status of the exit. But over time (actually several years) the communication became less and less and now the company has not returned phone calls or emails sent since May 2025. We sent a certified return receipt letter to the company in July 2025 requesting a refund. We know they did receive the letter, but we still have not received any communication from them and also have not received a refund.

    1. I am formally filing a complaint against Resolution Timeshare Cancellation LLC, located at *** **** ** - Ste **-***, Madison, NJ 07940-2369, for failure to honor the 100% money-back guarantee outlined in our contract. My account was established on September 4, 2019, with the goal of relinquishing my timeshare at Flagship Resort. Despite over six years of efforts, including a referral to ******** Law in April 2024, the cancellation was not successfully completed. Communication ceased as of January 11, 2025, and the contractual obligation remains unmet. I submitted a formal refund request of $2,000.00 via certified mail on September 8, 2025, followed by a confirmation email. As of October **, 2025, no refund has been issued. I am again requesting prompt reimbursement in accordance with the contract terms.

    To Whom It May Concern:I am writing to formally file a complaint against Resolutions Timeshare Cancellation, LLC, regarding a breach of contract.I entered into a contract with Resolutions Timeshare Cancellation August 2, 2019, which stipulated that they would provide services to assist in my exit from the Timeshare. After two years of inadequate progress, my contract was amended to confirm that they would continue providing such services until my exit was ************ case has been managed by *** Healer (Co-founder) and ******* ****** (Owner). Most recently, Mr. ****** informed me that a consul would be appointed to represent my case; however, this has not occurred. Additionally, I have experienced significant delays in communication, as both *** and ******* have ceased responding to my emails and phone calls.I possess documentation, including email correspondence, that reflects promises made by Mr. ****** regarding the continuation of services. This lack of communication and failure to follow through on agreed-upon actions constitutes a breach of contract. In light of these circumstances, I am requesting a full refund for the services that have not been provided as per our agreement. I hope to resolve this matter promptly and amicably.Thank you for your attention to this issue.
