    Took my vehicle to the dealership to be serviced in October for an oil change and to investigate a Service AWD light. They changed the oil and when I got the vehicle back, they stated that the mechanic that can fix the Service AWD wasn't there. Returned and was told there wasn't an issue. Months later, the heat was not working and the Service AWD light was still on the dashboard. They diagnosed the vehicle as needing a radiator and rear brakes. The total was $1800 and some change. Because I trusted them, I approved the work and paid for it. Two weeks later while driving on the highway, the vehicle began jerking and all the lights on the dashboard were on. I pulled into a safe location and had the vehicle towed to my house. I called the dealership and they told me to have the vehicle towed there. I had it towed Wednesday, February 23 at noon. Called Thursday, they didn't have a chance to assess it. Friday, same thing. Mind you... I'm calling them. They didn't even have the decency to communicate effectively. Monday finally rolls around and they stated the coils, spark plugs, and *** needed to be replaced. Fortunately, the *** was going to covered under warranty. Here is the problem, I've been calling them, with very little response. I was told the vehicle would be done Tuesday. I rented a vehicle twice because my wife is a RN that works overnight and during the day, she cares for our 10 month old. When I asked them on Thursday for a loaner while they had the vehicle, they stated that they had none. After speaking with them today, Wednesday, March 2nd, they again promised that the vehicle would be done this afternoon. I returned the rental vehicle and went to the dealership. Not only did the service representative leave for the day, the vehicle was not done and there was no manager in sight. I am utterly disgusted with their lack of professionalism. Clearly, they failed to disclose the mechanical issues to have me return.

    Horrific. I was told by the manager I have all of the power to make a decision here, you have nothing. Ripped off on a 5 minute service that should have been FREE. Another dealership told me they would have WALKED ME THRU MY ISSUE OVER THE ****** How can you run a profitable business doing wrong by paying customers? $200 for 5 minutes!!!
