On June 7,2022 I had ************ Brakes Pads along with ************ Rotors put on my Vehicle, and then on October 26,2023 I had ************ Brake Pads along with ************ Rotors put on my Vehicle along with an Oil Plug install that i also didn't need, I had an oil change which was okay, How do you install Rotors twice on a vehicle when rotors on a SUV are suppose to be install every 50,000-80,000 miles the mileage difference on my vehicle was ******, with that to say I was charged for something that I didn't need. So I reached out to ***************** on December 14,2023 and I am still waiting for someone to call me back I called on December 19, 2023 and the same response someone will call you back. I would like all my money to be refunded back to me $14.99 for Oil Drain Plug, ************ Rotors, $399.96; Labor charge $330.00 with the taxes and shop supply $25.00, shop supply with an oil change is $5.00 they charged a total of $30.00 where I am only requesting $25.00. so my Total should be $820.95. I am not satisfied with the service Midas has given me not reaching out to me, I need someone to help me , how many other people have been taking advantage by them , I want my money refunded back to me. I have all paperwork, and when they put my name & vehicle in the system they seen I had rotors previously I know they did not do the work they just charged me for the work when the only thing I needed was an Oil change my pads may have but I am not sure. Can someone help me and report them. I brought my car back to Midas when my car started making shaking and they told me I need struts. I was untrusting with them so I took it to the ****** Dealership and they check it out I needed Bushing they told me I did not need struts Midas never put my vehicle on the lift to see, they only drove it and came back with that information. So with that to say they are not an honest Auto Car repair shop, they will tell you anything, since you are not a Mechanic.*******************
