Do not buy from this company. They advertise that they cant cancel once tracking numbers are made. I requested a cancel before the tracking number was created and they shipped the product - they claimed that during the process of being in the warehouse they cant provide refunds and said they could give me $5 dollars back if that would be okay. If you can give back 5 dollars - why not refund me? Youre lying to customers just to continue making money. I restated that I wanted a refund before the tracking number was made - they ignored me, made a tracking number, and refused to give a refund. Poor customer service and a lying company. Im honestly scared to try the product. I shouldve done more research but I hope no one else makes the same mistake I did. Now I know why they are rated F.

This product makes me sleepy. and I can't stay awake. I purchased this product for weight loss and energy purpose. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

This is a horrible company. First off, they do not mention fish or beef products in this product. I am allergic to both and have been trying since November 23, to return the product. No one but a robotic reply starting, " We only take 2 products back due to fraud";however, the website says 90 day guarantee. I submitted the for for the return and no one approved or even sent me a return address. I refuse to use a product that I have an allergy too and at this point, I wasted money. Not good business ethic or service. I have been fighting so long, I am going to be out of time with my 90 days. I have never felt so defensive from something that was not mentioned and because I have an allergy.

I placed an order, because it showed a shipping time of 3 to 5 business days. Its over that day limit and status still says unfulfilled. I messaged them 3 different times with no response to canceling my order. Ill go back to clean, simple eats for my collagen. I dont recommend if you want your order in a timely fashion. I canceled subscription

I have been using obvi for several months and it's a waste of money. I asked my account to be on hold and they still charged my card and I requested to cancel the order before it shipped and they took ignored my request. I continued to email them and got ugly responses. This company won't last with bad products and BAD customer service. The phone number they have listed rings and then hangs up and the company is refusing my request to cancel and return unused items. I'm DONE!

I ordered a product on 11/18. It had yet to be fulfilled. I've emailed 3 times and called 2 different numbers. One has been disconnected and the other goes straight to voicemail.

Zero stars! Run dont walk far away from this company! I placed my order Saturday and then within an hour changed my mind and canceled the order. Come monday they ship it and the charge goes through. So I email them, over and over and over. Its been 6 days since the order was placed and canceled. So they just ignored the cancellation. I see everyone mentioning a number to call but I cant find one that works. I want my money back for my canceled order. Thats literally how canceling works, ask Amazon! I just want to return the products they charged me for and sent that technically wasnt an order seeing as I canceled it.

No stars, this item is NOTHING, I contacted Obvi two weeks ago to inform them that I was having a Reaction from Obvi Burn and Detox and is requesting a refund. I have made several attempts to contact them. No one has returned any of my calls and then I finally received an email that stated that the orders are back ordered so that leads me to believe that you guys are not loyal to your customers. I dont need any more of your products. I need a label so I can send these items back to get a refund, I recommend no one place of order with these people because they care terrible when comes to CUSTOMER SERVICE and about your health . Its all about a dollar with them not satisfying the customer. You deserve no stars. But they made me put one.

I had placed an order in February of 22 and it was an absolute mess. I waited 2 weeks for my order it never arrived so I checked and it hadnt even shipped. I reached out to them and several of the items I had ordered were out of stock and they werent sure why I was able to purchase them because they hadnt been in stock for a while. So they canceled those items and shipped my order. I decided I would wait a while until I made a purchase again and gave other brands a try. In July of 22 I made another purchase a rather large one. And though I got everything on my order it took well over 2 weeks for it to ship. At that point I decided I wasnt going to purchase from Obvi for a while until they could figure out their order fulfillment process. Fast forward a year later and I see several people raving on social media about how their shipping is quick and products are amazing (which they have always had great product) so I decided I would give them one more chance. And lo and behold the same c*** show once more. I placed my order after 2 weeks of no product, and the fact that I paid for VIP processing so it would ship in less than 2 days. I went to my order to get the tracking number cause I figured oh its problem just **** being slow. Nope my order still hadnt shipped, here we go again. So I reached out and the next morning I got an email back. But it was the same song and some of the products I ordered were out of stock there for they couldnt fill my order. Why as a consumer do I need to track this company down and make them do their job??? They should have reached out but didn't. The customer shouldnt have to ask for their money back.??But that wasnt even the worst of it, multiple emails and 2 refund initiations to get my money owned back. Then I get told that the reward credit that I had used would NOT be returned to me because once its used its gone. If it was only a couple dollars ok, but were talking almost $70 in credit here.

Zero stars. Bunch of liars. Contacted them within required time frame-they tell you to take it for a full 30 days to work properly-but also tell you, you must contact them within 30 days to receive a refund. Reached out right before 30th day. All of a sudden they can only refund you for two products when their ad says full moneyback guarantee. So thats the first BS they try to pull. Now theyre telling me I didnt fill out their form correctly so my refund request was denied. I will fight this as long as I need to, they are thieves. Just looking to take your money. Stay far away
