    ****** is an amazing customer service agent. Nothing was too much trouble for him and when he said he would do something he did it immediately.He went above and beyond in helping us. Some people are cut out to be customer service people and ****** is top shelf in this category.I believe he is a great asset to Cruise Direct

    I really Appreciate ******** ******* assistance with my reservation #*******. She spoke with **** cruise for names change since we couldnt travel for health reasons. She worked soo patiently with me and **** and resolved my issue. I really appreciate her help. Cruise ********** is best customer service and customer friendly people . They are returning calls if we missed too

    CruiseDirect.com is the best choice on our way to book a Cruise. They give us plenty of choices and we can get the best deal possible. They also protect us from any wrong usage of our credit cards and they double check in order to confirm that no one else is using our cards. Thanks to ***** and ***** for watching over and taking care of us. We will always use CruiseDirect.com in order to book our vacation trips.

    My wife and I are a first time cruisers. We literally did not have any experience with the booking, add ons, packages, etc. ******** was so wonderful and gracefully walked us through the whole process. Checked every detail and answered all my what if questions. Thank you again for your help ********.

    ******** was extremely helpful. She very patiently walked me through the process of booking the cruise, choosing the rooms and paying for the cruise. ******** is very nice, friendly and knows how to take care of the customer. I wish I could always be served at such a high level. Five stars are not enough to express my satisfaction with the services - I think that ******** deserves at least 10 stars and a bonus from her boss.
