    Amazingly, as soon as I started using this app, I had unauthorized charges on my bank account for crypto currency, never used crypto currency in my life. Had to cancel my card, initiated a fraud investigation and will never use Lotto.com again. ****!

    The TV commercial is disgusting. From screamers to an idiot shaking his junk. Remove or tone down that horrible commercial. Because of that I would never contemplate using this website for anything.

    Purchased March 23 and requested a refund within the week. I received a reply email What a pity. This has never happened before! I followed link, it said it was being processed and could take a month. I have email several more times and have received neither the refund nor a response. Of course hindsight is 20/20. There are many misspellings in their communications, so I should have been wiser. This one caught me in a weak moment. Dont fall for this. ITS A TOTAL SCAM!

    I have used this app for the last 2 years. It has easy functions and accurate data. I recently won and traveled to nyc storefront to pick up my winning ticket to claim my prize. The two individuals who provided original ticket were through and professional. I plan to use the app for as long as I can. RobM

    Started out loving the app. But after paying for 14 tickets in March and they had 8 drawings I started checking and found several times they double charged me for a ticket. Brought it to their attention and the flat out deny it is double. They canceled my account which I was going to do anyway and I will be buying tickets at the store from now on.

    Hi,After reviewing your account, we can confirm that a Lotto Texas subscription was active. Lotto Texas drawings occur on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays. When a customer subscribes to a game, ********************** automatically places an order for each drawing based on the original ticket selections.We can confirm that each charge corresponded to a scheduled ticket purchase for the drawing dates related to your subscription schedule (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays). Duplicate charges did not occur.Each charge on your payment method includes a description with the draw date the ticket was purchased for e.g., you might see a charge described as Lotto.com-TX 4/20 Purchase that was processed by your bank or other payment provider on 4/22. This does not mean multiple or duplicate charges occurred. Due to standard processing delays from your payment provider, charges may post on days other than the days the tickets were purchased for a specific draw. YourLotto.com account provides a detailed breakdown of your order history, including the draw dates associated with each ticket.Your subscription has since been canceled as requested.     Lotto.com signed me up for a subscription without asking permission. I was unable to cancel the subscription, delete card information, set limits on purchases or delete the account. I put a "cooling off" hold on purchases, but when I tried to cancel the account, it wouldn't cancel, and said it was "on hold". Have contacted my bank. E-mails to me are assigning new "ticket" numbers, for orders I have not placed. 12:05 AM March, 30, 2025. Just bought one ticket only, yesterday. E-mail attempts futile.

    Hi *****, After the review of your Lotto.com account, we can confirm there has been one ticket purchase made and no subscriptions created. When a customer contacts Support, our system automatically creates a support ticket and assigns it a unique ticket number as a way for us to organize and manage support requests. Support ticket numbers are separate from and not related to any lottery product purchases or orders.A customer must opt-in to the subscription service when completing an order on Lotto.com. The subscription service is not included in Lotto.com orders by default. Our cool-off feature is a self-exclusion tool that allows you to restrict your usage of our services for a limited time. This is a key aspect of our responsible gaming program. During this time, purchases or changes to your account will be restricted and cannot be lifted manually. Regarding the deactivation of their payment method, to remove a payment method, a customer must reach out to our customer success team. Our team removed the payment method from the account on April 1, 2025.     Lotto.com, I visited my account, and thank you for removing my billing info. However when I go to the subscription page it still reads "active". If I don't have a subscription then why does it say I do? I have requested repeatedly that you delete any subscriptions and delete my account. Please do so as soon as possible.

    Hi,Our records show that under the email account associated with the customer support requests, only one ticket purchase was made, and no subscription was ********** requested, we have initiated the process to remove the account linked to your email address. Deleting the account is not possible at this time due to the cool-off period activated by the customer on the account. Changes to the account cannot be made during a cool-off period. The cool-off period for this account ends on 6/30/2025, after which it will be permanently deleted.If youre seeing something different on your end, please feel free to send us a screenshot so we can take a closer look. A customer must proactively switch the button into the on position to be charged the additional dollar for Power Play. Lotto.com is an online lottery courier licensed by the states of ********** and ********, with authorized operations in other jurisdictions.Lotto.com does not offer lottery scratch-off products in **********. Lottery scratchcards are only sold at licensed ****************** retail locations. In states where Lotto.com does offer scratch-off tickets, Lotto.com procures those tickets on our customer's behalf and delivers them digitally. Lotto.com stores the tickets for the customer and only physically delivers the ticket to the customer if the winnings are over a certain threshold set by the state lottery (which is over $600 in **********). In such a case, the customer is required to send the ticket and claim form to the state lottery for processing and payment. Lotto.com cannot process the winnings for these tickets. If a tickets winnings are below the state threshold, Lotto.com will automatically credit the customer's account with the winnings. There are no winning scratch cards associated with the reviewers' accounts.
