    I would never buy from this company again. I received a poor quality hoodie, I followed their policy and requested a refund, sent back their item, paid for the return shipping. Went back-and-forth with their so-called customer service and four months later still no refund. The service and product provided from The Bucket Culture is not even worth one star.

    They dont respond, they sent a damaged hoodie. I sent back the hoodie for a refund still have yet to hear. Dont buy from this company. They should be removed from instagram and other sites so they dont sell their products to kids and people who are expecting quality. **************** is key and they dont have any customer service help to answer any questions. If there was a live person or someone responding they wouldnt be getting this review. Honestly they deserve no stars.

    Purchased several items for Christmas 2022 and and all was delivered but I emailed re: exchanging for another size on 1 item and I got a response to that initial email but 'Lowie' never addressed the actual issue. I have sent several follow-up emails and get the auto-response back and then nothing. I have also sent ******** Messages but no response there either. It has now been 4 months! I get emails and texts for their sales but nothing back on my emails...shady! I just want my money back at this point. Christmas present is pointless now

    They took my money back in December and even sent me a tracking number but the package never left their facility. I have tried NUMEROUS times to get my money back and they ignore me. Ive also put comments on their ******** page and they delete them and never respond. This company needs to be shut down! Such a scam!

    I was so worried that my daughters sweatshirt would not come after reading other reviews on here. I ordered it for her birthday a little over a week ago, and it arrived today! It fits perfect, good quality and she LOVES it!!!

    This company is horrible. We sent our order back and no response from them after receiving my order!! I have sent them countless emails about my return and still no word from them. My order was over 100 dollars and this is poor customer service on them. Would not ever give them a dime of my money again. So buyers be ware!!!

    ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! DID NOT PUT IN THE SWEATSHIRT ORDERED JUST TSHIRT, HAVE EMAILED ABOUT 6 TIMES OVER THE COURSE OF TWO WEEKS WITH NO ANSWER BACK. THEY HAVE STOLE MY MONEY AND DIDNT DELIVER MY PRODUCT. THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL. WASTE OF MONEY AND STOLE MONEY WITHOUT DELIVERING PRODUCT.

    I too ordered a t-shirt on 12/12/2022 - it is now 2/13/2023 and I have still not received the product. I've emailed repeatedly, as there is no phone number available, to no avail. I've requested a refund through PayPal. I've attempted to canceled the order. And I still haven't heard anything. Total fraud of a company. DO NOT order from them.

    Purchased, CHARGED my credit card and NEVER received items. Tried to contact via customer support, email, IG no one has ever responded to the 7 attempts made.HORRIBLE. Let me know how else I can get my money back-??Looking to get this group of individuals in BOG trouble for taking money.
