I made a transaction with this company online November 4th. They charged my debit card $105.25 dollars. This was a purchase of two shirts and a hoodie for a christmas gift for my child. I first contacted the company via email the beginning of December asking where the package was and they assured me it was in the way and I'd get it before christmas. Weekly leading up to christmas I would email and they would give me the same response. Well christmas came and went and still no package. I have been emailing continuously and they keep giving me the run around and saying they are looking into it. At first I asked for them to just resend me my order then I've been asking for my money back and they will not do it. They scammed me and stole my money.Initial Complaint

This business has repeatedly ****** my emails and states due to high demand our orders are being delayed. Going on 11 days now and I have yet to be provided an update with tracking number. Ordered one hoodie plus a surprise pack of 4 other items end of August 2024. Received items in a timely manner but the sizing was wrong. Returned items via USPS, according to the tracking, they received the items October 3rd. Since this time I’ve been trying to resolve this issue to no avail. Multiple emails back and forth saying they are looking into the problem. As of today still nothing. Last communication was Thursday November 14th. I placed an order for 3 t-shirts and a sweatshirt, order # *****. I ordered on August 27th, the order as far back as August 29th showed it was pending pick up from **** in New Jersey, as of today, September 16th it still shows the same status. I placed an order on 8-16 for about $250 and I have never received the product. It says accepted shipping on the tracking number but it never shipped and they charged my card. I purchased shirts from bucket culture LLC in January 2024 for $91. They were delivered on 2/13/2024, order# *****. The shirts were too small, so I followed directions to return for mediums. They were returned on 2/29/2024 to their warehouse. I kept asking if new items were sent out and kept getting the same answer, that they haven't been checked and verified. So on 4/3/2024 I asked for a refund on my **** that I never got. I disputed charge on ***** but they told my **** that the items were delivered, but they never were. I purched three tshirts for my son on April 18th. On April 22nd, I I got a tracking code saying my items were shipped. It is now May 22nd and I have not recieced my order. I did an investigation with **** and they said my order was never sent to them officially, which is why it still say pending. Dear Better Business Bureau, I ordered an item from Bucket Culture for $36.87 which was a t-shirt. When it arrived it was too big so I enquired about a return and followed the instructions and returned by tracked USPS. It was confirmed to be returned on the dates below. Since then I have reached out to them several times and they have sent me vague responses and have not returned my money.
