      I have an incredibly hard time believing any of these positive reviews are legitimate. There is another website that offers reviews for payment processors and it's flooded with people complaining about being scammed. I'm losing a lot of respect for BBB after seeing this fake review page making Slice Payment Processing look legitimate. I suspect they (Starslice) are paying people to provide fake reviews. This company straight up lied to my business partner and myself. They purposefully snuck in hidden fees under our noses with fake promises that it would only be a monthly fee, that it was a one year contract, that cancellation was available for little-to-no fee... they were supposed to connect us up to Quickbooks and Clover included in the same monthly fee. They sent us the equipment, showed up to set it up with almost no training for us so we know what we're doing with it... we called tech support to figure out how the quickbooks connection works for easy bookkeeping and have gotten nowhere, they just pass us between each other and waste hours of our day. We decided to cancel since they were passing us through 3rd party support in ***** or somewhere and we weren't able to do with it what was promised... now they say we owe them the remainder of a 48 month contract (definitely never signed 48 month agreement) and an early termination fee... both of those things add up to about **** dollars. I asked to see copies of our agreement, what they sent is covered in our signatures BUT we have never seen these contracts before... they took our signature and doctored documents to make it look like we signed forms we've never even seen before. I am pursuing options to protect ourselves from being sent to collections over their fraudulent practices. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR SLICE PAYMENT PROCESSING. These guys are liars and scam artists.

      Slice takes claims of document forgery seriously. We utilize DocuSign so delivery of documents and IP addresses are recorded. We would like to investigate this claim and have contacted the ************ Via email.

      Slice has been very good to me. They set me up on a zero fee program which I didn't even think was possible. Going to save my business so much money. I have a local rep named ******************* that services all of *******. I have the new clover pos and it is out of sight. I highly recommend Slice merchant services to every business owner that wants to save money and wants good customer service

      ******************* was very consistent in helping me get set up with my merchant account. I am so happy to know that I dont have to pay any processing fees anymore. I recommend Slice to everyone in ***** especially when you have a local rep like **** to help you out.

      This is a legit and well represented company. They do everything above board and are very clear with you on what they can provide and cant. They dont try to lure you in ** tb false promises (a lot of POS companies are doing that) and **** my account manager is a caring and attentive guy who is always there for me. The company provides amazing service and allows for you to really grow!

      *** and ***** are fantastic. They made my transition piece of cake. I could not imagine that it was this easy. They answered all my questions in a timely manner, they help me troubleshoot anything I personally was having problems with. And I like the new machine. Its so easy to do. My Staff is also amazed how easy this was.

      Super easy to use! Very affordable excellent customer service **** was super helpful fast shipping expedited payouts! **** was always a phone call away and always called and checked up to make sure everything was running smoothly!
