      My entire experience was flawless. ***** at Slice really helped at getting things going . Such a great tool for any business. **** my salesman was also very easy to work with . 10 out of 10. Would recommend to anybody .

      So far so good! The Agent *** been working with has been both extremely professional and proficient . The best part of slice is its Agent, **** , he has been truly amazing, he not only insured the newly installed system is up and running properly , he also provides the knowledge of how to operate the new system by translating the information in an understandable user friendly way.

      ************** Ive been trying to cancel the account for the past 2 weeks to no avail. I am told that someone will reach out with next steps to cancel. Customers dont want to use card processor due to extra 3.9% fees added onto total payment. Ridiculous company and employees that tell nothing but lies. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They informed me that I had to pay $495 early termination fee even when I havent used the card processor AT ALL. $1,800 for 2 year contract at $25 month is useless. Please someone shut this company down for once and for all.

      We offer all of our customers multiple program options. Our Dual Pricing option is preferred by the majority of our merchants. We also have options enabling the merchant to cover the expense of processing cards. We will contact this merchant to review options.

      **************** for ********************** has been top notch from the first call. My representatives ****** and **** have been amazing. They call often to check and make sure everything is ok. They are knowledgeable of the products and their features. Any questions I have had they have been able to answer. So far in this journey, they have exceeded my expectations and i could not be happier that we switched to Slice.
