Have been waiting months for a warranty reimbursement from USCG. ************** has submitted all claim and reimbursement information and have yet to see any check come through the mail. I would not do business with them ever. Has been a waste of money and especially time.Review from Brandon A

My Contract # is ******. My warranty expires in September 2023 and have work that I need done but can't get anything approved. Also have $4000 plus in claims that I have filed and haven't even heard back from them. Its's now been 2 and a half months since I submitted my documents. When I call, I'm on hold for 30 plus minutes, then transferred to start the process over and eventually hung up on. I don't think that they deserve any stars but since the portal requires me to put one, it's definitely a 1.Review from Maria M

I have been waiting since November 2022 for reimbursement check. Every time my wife or I call we get the runaround, and in fact the customer ********************** was downright rude. We get put on hold and then amazingly get hung up on, then have to call again and start all over . In essence I beginning to believe this is nothing more than a scam. And who ever owns this outfit should be ashamed of themselves.Review from Nicole C

I have had a Warranty through ************** since 2018. I have paid a lot of money for this warranty!!. It has been a good warranty, the company has been precise up until recently. The last few times I've had work done, I was told for one, the company changed hands and the new company is doing things differently- must be this company USCG. Before it was they pay there half of the warranty and I paid my half and it was done, now I pay the entire amount, send the receipts to the warranty company and they reimburse me. I had major work done on my car costing near $3,000, I am still waiting for my half of the reimbursement-nearly $1,500 dollars due back to me. I have called numerous times and have been told I am on the list for the check to be sent out, then the next several times I have called have been told the checks in the mail. Today I called and was given a number- that is an obsolete number. I hope to get my money back so that I can pay my credit card. And i hope enough people come together to file a Class Action Lawsuit to get there money back. I feel this company is hoping that those that are waiting for there money for so long will give up. I for one will not.I am absolutely lived that I still don't have my money and that I am continuously lied too. There not worthy of any stars.United Service Contract Group Response

PMC was the "Seller" of your "Ambassador *************** plan, which was sold on 2/5/2018. USCG is your coverage plan's administrator (responsible for paying claims and/or customer reimbursements). Please know that we are in the process of clearing out our reimbursement log. Our records reflect that your claim has been approved for $1,433.30 and we will be sending out a reimbursement check to your address on file. We apologize for the delay and we are processing reimbursement requests in the order that they were received.Review from D. T.

I would like to rate them less than one star, if it was available. These people are really bad! I bought three warranty contracts on three different cars. In the last year I have not been paid on my last three outstanding claims one goes back over 90 days after being approved by "************", the othe two are for oil chances. The Vendor "PepBoys" won't even take a claim from them because 1) they don't pay and 2) you have to stay on hold for over an hour to hear they are processing the claim and they still don't pay. They were alway ready to take my money but now they won't or don't pay the claims I still have a little less then a year on my contracts that pay nothing out and the servicer they use for distribution "************" is in the same class of business. No one seems to know how to get in touch with this company by phone. I am told by the warranty service company "************" that they have to wait until USCGCORP to sends them payment. They cannot be reached, they don't have a phone number and they only have a web address and can only be reached online. This is really sad way to do business. Both company would be better served if they just stopped all the miss information. They are no better than a person who take your money and gives you nothing that was promised. USCGCORP and ************ are two companies with different names but with the same type of operation!! Take everything they can and give nothing! If I was an employee working for either I would wondering when I was next to be on the "round to it pay list"!!! Think about it you are next, the executive sure won't miss a meal or payday!!!United Service Contract Group Response

USCG has searched through its CRM for this customer (by name, and using the email address provided with this review) and we do not have a record of that email on file. If this individual would like to provide his Contract ID number(s), we would be more than happy to research this matter further.Customer Response

On the same contract number ****** there is a second unpaid claim for $61.58 and a third open claim $63.97. All three of these claims have been process and approved by ************** and passed on to United Service Contract Group (USCG) for payment. I have spoken to a USCG person who over a month and half age who said he just needed to confirm my mailing address which we did. I am still waiting for my money. The vendor I used PepBoys made me paid for my last oil change because they could never get an answer or get paid from you. I need to get on oil change on one of the car. My contract expire in 02/25/2023 but if you are not paying the claim refund my premium back to june 30th when you quick paying on my three agreed contracts.Review from DuVa C

I brought a warranty and for several years and recently filed a claim in May. I sent the payment information requested, copies of the work order and payment as stated and was told that I would receive a refund in 10 business days. Last month, I called regarding the refund and was told that I was given erroneous information. It takes at least 60 business day and I should call back at the end of July. I have called back and no one seems to know how to get in touch with this company. I am told by the warranty company that they can have to wait until USCGCORP sends them payment. Further, I am told that they dont have phone number where USCGCORP can be reached and the website is no good. The Auto shop was paid but I am still waiting for my reimbursement. This is frustrating and I would like to receive my my full reimbursement from the warranty company.United Service Contract Group Response

My husband brought a warranty and for several years we have had services done where we had to pay half of the cost or the full amount and were told that we will be refunded. We send in the information requested, copies of the work order and payment as stated and then we are told that we will receive our refund in 10 business days. The car dealerships and also the fleet companies are paid in full and we expect our payment per the contract of the warranty company. This company does not pay and when you call to discuss this we are told to research them online to file a complaint. We are requesting full payment of services that were paid to the dealerships and fleet companies that they recommend. Just yesterday my husband called the warranty company and the person he spoke with was very rude to him. We have paid our warranty in full over a year ago and we expect to be treated with respect. This was not done and very unprofessional of the employees as well as the company.United Service Contract Group Response

USCG confirms receipt of this individual's 1-star review and would like to look into this matter further. The author indicates that her husband purchased a coverage plan, but we don't know his name. We tried to find a customer file using the email address provided with the author's review, but we were unable to find that email address in our CRM. If the author could please provide her husband's Contract ID number, or the phone number associated with the account, we would be more than happy to look into this matter further.Customer Response

My husband name is *********************** Contract ID # is ****** under **************. He purchased the warranty plan and it was paid off last year. He never received an email that your policy changed where you now have to pay for the services in full and wait to be reimbursed. We paid out $591.46 to the ****************** Dealership in *********, ** on June 14, 2022. I uploaded the receipt along with the invoice to ************** on June 16, 2022 and follow up on 7/7/22 and again on 7/26/2022 and was advised to reach out to your United Service Contract Group because of the multiple complaints they were receiving. I also tried to call the phone number on the website and it is disconnected. This is not the first time this has happened, I also paid for an oil change back in December 2019 and never received that refund. To reach out to ****** he may be contacted at ************. Thank you for providing that additional information. Our records show that our main contract holder, the author's husband (T.S.), filed a substantially similar BBB complaint against USCG on 8/3/2022. The BBB assigned the following Complaint ID#: ******** to that complaint and USCG is currently researching the matter. It is USCG's understanding that the BBB does not allow consumers to file BOTH a Customer Review AND a ******************** Complaint on the same matter. As such, USCG will respond to the pending complaint and assume that this 1-Star Review will be deleted as duplicative.Review from John S

This is the slowest responding, rudest extended warranty company I have ever dealt with. There is no need for any business to act the way they do. Look elsewhere for you extended warranty needs.United Service Contract Group Response

Having reviewed the email address that was used to submit this review, it appears that the author of this review is affiliated with one of our customers' repair facilities. We would like to look into this matter further, but we would need our customer's ********************** ID Number to conduct a further review. There's never an excuse for anyone on our team to be rude to one of our customers' repair facilities, so we'd be happy to look into this matter further.Customer Response

I don't know why you need the customers information, it was me your staff was rude to. I don't want to create any animosity against the customer for my complaint. You can call my shop at ************ and I will discuss the issues with you.
