Have been waiting months for a warranty reimbursement from USCG. ************** has submitted all claim and reimbursement information and have yet to see any check come through the mail. I would not do business with them ever. Has been a waste of money and especially time.

My Contract # is ******. My warranty expires in September 2023 and have work that I need done but can't get anything approved. Also have $4000 plus in claims that I have filed and haven't even heard back from them. Its's now been 2 and a half months since I submitted my documents. When I call, I'm on hold for 30 plus minutes, then transferred to start the process over and eventually hung up on. I don't think that they deserve any stars but since the portal requires me to put one, it's definitely a 1.

I have been waiting since November 2022 for reimbursement check. Every time my wife or I call we get the runaround, and in fact the customer ********************** was downright rude. We get put on hold and then amazingly get hung up on, then have to call again and start all over . In essence I beginning to believe this is nothing more than a scam. And who ever owns this outfit should be ashamed of themselves.

I have had a Warranty through ************** since 2018. I have paid a lot of money for this warranty!!. It has been a good warranty, the company has been precise up until recently. The last few times I've had work done, I was told for one, the company changed hands and the new company is doing things differently- must be this company USCG. Before it was they pay there half of the warranty and I paid my half and it was done, now I pay the entire amount, send the receipts to the warranty company and they reimburse me. I had major work done on my car costing near $3,000, I am still waiting for my half of the reimbursement-nearly $1,500 dollars due back to me. I have called numerous times and have been told I am on the list for the check to be sent out, then the next several times I have called have been told the checks in the mail. Today I called and was given a number- that is an obsolete number. I hope to get my money back so that I can pay my credit card. And i hope enough people come together to file a Class Action Lawsuit to get there money back. I feel this company is hoping that those that are waiting for there money for so long will give up. I for one will not.I am absolutely lived that I still don't have my money and that I am continuously lied too. There not worthy of any stars.

PMC was the "Seller" of your "Ambassador *************** plan, which was sold on 2/5/2018. USCG is your coverage plan's administrator (responsible for paying claims and/or customer reimbursements). Please know that we are in the process of clearing out our reimbursement log. Our records reflect that your claim has been approved for $1,433.30 and we will be sending out a reimbursement check to your address on file. We apologize for the delay and we are processing reimbursement requests in the order that they were received.

I would like to rate them less than one star, if it was available. These people are really bad! I bought three warranty contracts on three different cars. In the last year I have not been paid on my last three outstanding claims one goes back over 90 days after being approved by "************", the othe two are for oil chances. The Vendor "PepBoys" won't even take a claim from them because 1) they don't pay and 2) you have to stay on hold for over an hour to hear they are processing the claim and they still don't pay. They were alway ready to take my money but now they won't or don't pay the claims I still have a little less then a year on my contracts that pay nothing out and the servicer they use for distribution "************" is in the same class of business. No one seems to know how to get in touch with this company by phone. I am told by the warranty service company "************" that they have to wait until USCGCORP to sends them payment. They cannot be reached, they don't have a phone number and they only have a web address and can only be reached online. This is really sad way to do business. Both company would be better served if they just stopped all the miss information. They are no better than a person who take your money and gives you nothing that was promised. USCGCORP and ************ are two companies with different names but with the same type of operation!! Take everything they can and give nothing! If I was an employee working for either I would wondering when I was next to be on the "round to it pay list"!!! Think about it you are next, the executive sure won't miss a meal or payday!!!

USCG has searched through its CRM for this customer (by name, and using the email address provided with this review) and we do not have a record of that email on file. If this individual would like to provide his Contract ID number(s), we would be more than happy to research this matter further.

On the same contract number ****** there is a second unpaid claim for $61.58 and a third open claim $63.97. All three of these claims have been process and approved by ************** and passed on to United Service Contract Group (USCG) for payment. I have spoken to a USCG person who over a month and half age who said he just needed to confirm my mailing address which we did. I am still waiting for my money. The vendor I used PepBoys made me paid for my last oil change because they could never get an answer or get paid from you. I need to get on oil change on one of the car. My contract expire in 02/25/2023 but if you are not paying the claim refund my premium back to june 30th when you quick paying on my three agreed contracts.
