      I bought an Arctic Air mister and what a piece of junk! First the end with the mister on it blew of than 2 days later the end that attached to the hose blew off and flooded our sunroom!!

      I can only hope to stop anyone from buying this plastic toy and yes toy . I wasted ***** on this Water lasts maybe hour and half ..doesn't cool at all . when you fill it if not properly aligned water leaks all over out front and back cant fit normal ice cubes in it then a filter to add. filter is cardboard with plastic case junk

      My Chillwell turned out to only be a Mood Lamp ? Fan doesnt work ?? There customer service told me over the phone, our computer wont let us replace it ???

      Do not purchase this product. I purchased it and it was defective after a short time. They sent me another.. Same problem. Turns on unexpectedly and you cannot turn it off. Very loud!! Now they will not refund my money.

      Chillwell is the biggest waste of money I've bought in a long time. It's a glorified fan posing as a portable air conditioner. You have to charge it for 3 hours to get 30 mins worth of fan, and that's all it is a fan. Don't waste your money( they charge a lot). Just go buy a good fan, you'll be a lot happier.

      ********** I am a senior on a fixed income. I purchased 2 of the chillwell fan coolers "advertised as air conditioners" . I used them 1 time and ,box them back up and sent them back. I contacted chillwell and made it plain I did not want them to put my refund on the credit card I purchased them on ' the card was in process of being closed out ' and I was lied to to get me off the phone and was assured they would give me a return by way of a paper check. Low and behold I looked at my credit card and they returned the refund to the card that got the refund and immediately closed the card. I am out 372 dollars and ********************* to return it back to **********. I don't even get to keep the junk fans that are maybe worth 30 dollars at best. There is NO "CUSTOMER SERVICE " anymore. I like The ******************** help an old man get his money back.

      Your associate businesss (Chillwell ac) advertising is patently false and grossly overstates the abilities of your portable air cooler. I bought the product expecting results similar to the stated abilities and it failed miserably, I.e. the ad states it will cool a 300 ** room from 90 to 60 degrees in under 5 minutes. I followed the instructions to the letter, and placed it in a small trailer (9x 5) for over an hour. The temperature did not drop a single degree. I want a full refund and the companys retraction of the ads with an apology for what is clearly intentional misrepresentation.

      If 0 were an option they would get that. Their ads say you'll get 50% off then they fake you into buying 2 units - send 1. Yep that's 100%. And higher than could be bought locally. It's a fan with a water reservoir. Also I didn't even mean to purchase. I was trying to see the shipping charges and shipping time. Suddenly I had purchased. I immediately wrote them but nothing. Then it shipped and they responded telling me to reject the *** shipment. Ah, *** just leaves packages unless you require a signature they didn't. Now I have a device I didn't want for twice the price.
