********** I am a senior on a fixed income. I purchased 2 of the chillwell fan coolers "advertised as air conditioners" . I used them 1 time and ,box them back up and sent them back. I contacted chillwell and made it plain I did not want them to put my refund on the credit card I purchased them on ' the card was in process of being closed out ' and I was lied to to get me off the phone and was assured they would give me a return by way of a paper check. Low and behold I looked at my credit card and they returned the refund to the card that got the refund and immediately closed the card. I am out 372 dollars and ********************* to return it back to **********. I don't even get to keep the junk fans that are maybe worth 30 dollars at best. There is NO "CUSTOMER SERVICE " anymore. I like The ******************** help an old man get his money back.

Your associate businesss (Chillwell ac) advertising is patently false and grossly overstates the abilities of your portable air cooler. I bought the product expecting results similar to the stated abilities and it failed miserably, I.e. the ad states it will cool a 300 ** room from 90 to 60 degrees in under 5 minutes. I followed the instructions to the letter, and placed it in a small trailer (9x 5) for over an hour. The temperature did not drop a single degree. I want a full refund and the companys retraction of the ads with an apology for what is clearly intentional misrepresentation.

If 0 were an option they would get that. Their ads say you'll get 50% off then they fake you into buying 2 units - send 1. Yep that's 100%. And higher than could be bought locally. It's a fan with a water reservoir. Also I didn't even mean to purchase. I was trying to see the shipping charges and shipping time. Suddenly I had purchased. I immediately wrote them but nothing. Then it shipped and they responded telling me to reject the *** shipment. Ah, *** just leaves packages unless you require a signature they didn't. Now I have a device I didn't want for twice the price.

All I can say is ditto over and over again. This product is way below junk. It should be against the law to sell such cr.p. Your chillwell2.0 is a piece of junk. It won't cool 50 square feet . You claim it has a 60 day return policy but if it is opened you can't return it Due to the fact chillwell can't resell it I bought 2 of these machines and they are useless. I hope you sleep well at night knowing you rip people off for a living.

On 7/22/23 I ordered 2 air coolers. Called right away to cancel and the refuded to cancel my order. The hadn;t even shipped it yet, closed on weekends. This company is a scam. Want a full refund of ******. This company is a scam. Look at the other complaints it's for the same thing.

******** declined to reimburse me for the shipping return fee related to an unauthorized order. Despite my attempts to rectify the situation, I encountered unhelpful and rude behavior from their staff.On July twelveth, I contacted ******** regarding the return shipping refund, and a staff member assured me that I would be reimbursed. He claimed to have made a note of it in their system. As a result, I sent the package back using *** and reported the tracking number to ensure a smooth process. I was initially led to believe that money for return shipping would be refunded.However, my subsequent interactions with three other staff members proved to be disappointing. They denied having any notes in my account regarding the refund of the shipping fee. It appears that I was misled by the staff worker on July twelfth , who failed to take the necessary action and made false promises.The conduct of these employees suggests a lack of honesty and proper training. It is disheartening to discover that the company seems to tolerate deceptive practices, as they seemingly train their staff to mislead customers about refunding shipping fees.To address this issue, I have already emailed Chilwell at>>>>>> , attaching photos of my *** return receipt as evidence. I demand a full refund for the return shipping cost as soon as possible.In conclusion, ********'s handling of this situation has been unsatisfactory, highlighting the need for improved staff training and greater honesty in their dealings with customers.

The Chillwell AC is a scam. I bought two of them, followed exact directions, used cold water from fridge, added ice cubes and 2 cups of water. Put the filter that I froze overnight. Plugged them both in on turbo. My 240 sq ft. living room was the same temperature, 81 degrees after the Chill Well AC units ran for 2 hours. You would get the same results or better using a small fan blowing over the top of a bowl of ice cubes. This is not an AC, it is a fan blowing over water. I will be contacting them Monday for a complete refund. Shame on them.
