I ordered 1 item and I was billed for two. Within a half hour of ordering, I wrote to cancel my order. And I called immediately after their business office opened. I was informed that it was all already shipped. I believe their website is very misleading and do not believe it was shipped.I believe they are scamming people.Business response

The guarantee stats "60 day money back guarantee". We ordered 2 like items (order #********).It was a poor product and only 1 of 2 miracle smile products was used. After 1st use, I determined it was a poor quality.Called **************** and they said if one was used, it is not covered in the money back guarantee. No where in their website ordering does it say, if used, the return policy is not honored.So they will only honor 1 return.Business response

I have emails to prove contact and a refund was supposed to be submitted based off over changing my account and charging wo consent again. I purchased the swivel sweeper about 3 mos ago and brustles coming out of brushes i ciontacted the company to b told discontinued item yet was not made aware of this and box said nothing either i asked where might find brushes and he continued being rude and said didnt know and i told u discontinued and bluntly hungup contacted selker and he can do nothing either so would like my ***** back or brushes replaced or even replacement of sweeper it shows on the directions guanranteed 1 yr limited warranty i no longer hv box but i can search credut card for purchase proif they were extremely rudeBusiness response

I am rejecting this response because:Id ******** i recieved message ** i accidenly hit wrong button the ****** was a gift and i was bought at ******* in ********** ***** i hv no reciept however was bought for ***** all. Want is eplacment brushes since ******* falling out it was purchased in october 15 not sure what there nvesigating all i know is gift abd wihin 2 weeks of getting i bristls fallingout *** never *** wet or misused had my last one 10 yrs hope to gt happy decision

Purchase date Aug 12, 2023 Seller info ONTELPRODUC Purchase amount $160.77. Thru PayPal. Product was purchased accidentally. The order was not confirmed. I received no documentation. I did not know it had been purchased until it was in my PayPal. Contacted them immediately to stop shipping. I was told they couldnt do that but I could either refuse delivery or return directly to them. I followed the instructions and returned it the same way I received it via ***** Via phone call they said I would be phone calll. I asked for written confirmation but they wouldnt give it Per my tracking they have received the product. I cannot reach anyone. I have contacted PayPal and they cannot get a response. The action I want is a refund I do not have the product.Business response

My cat was recently gifted a Flippity Fish Cat toy. I charged it prior to 1st use. When attempting to charge it a 2nd time, after it stopped working, it does not hold a charge. It hasnt even been 3 months that this was gifted.Business response

I have written before and asked for a refund of $21.38 for a pillow pad that I saw as an "As seen on Television" item and let me tell you something it does not work when you get it home It fell apart just as soon as I took it out of the box. I do not know what it is with these items, but they just do not want to work when you get them home. It just does not make any sense to me. To avoid another *********************** complaint, please issue a check to me $21.38 including tax and then this whole thing will go away. i do not like this anymore than you do but this is how it is. I will tell anyone who wants to order an "As Seen on Television" item do not waste your time or your money.Business response

I bought four units of their product and two of the cords to hook them up to electricity doesn't work. Their response was to go to Amazon and buy new ones. I am sorry but when I buy a product I don't expect to have to buy new cords for a brand new product.Business response

I am tired of purchasing products from television that do not work and do not stand up to my needs.Yesterday I went into my local ******* at ******************************************************** and saw an advertised item that says As Seen on TV and the item is called the Pillow Pad for a computer tablet. Well as soon as I opened up the box the item fell apart. It cost me $21.38 including tax and it was a cheap pad. I have already contacted ******* and then Ontel Products. I am patiently waiting for the $21.38 to be refunded to me. Ontel told me that I had to wait 30 days from the day that I purchased it. And that will be August 8, 2023 including weekends. I need that money ASAP for the items that I really need like food. Hope you can help.Business response
