    Please be aware of this place...Watchung View Apartments ***************************************. This place is filled with mice and they are everywhere. When we told management, their idea was to put mouse traps in the apartment, but how does that stop them from coming in the apartment?!?! Instead of trying to stop them from coming into the apartment, they wanted me and my husband to trap them and keep them as pets! We had to put in numerous work repairs and they had a exterminator come to the home, but all they wanted to do was put up more mouse traps. STOP! something needs to be done, inspection, renovation something...Thank you

    My name isTEE.. I live I ********************* with Property Manager ***********************. This woman is stealing from tenants! She is sneaky and Im sure she is waiting to cash **AP(Emergency Rental Assistance Program) check once people move from property! Example I applied in 2021 and was granted as of February February 2024 and the check was mailed out February February 16. That check has not been cashed because I called. I even FEEL AS IF I NEED TO reach out to legal aid. I reach out to the attorney generals office THE NEWS, I guess once I move she just got another check to cash..She needs to credit that account everybodys account and stop pocketing money. I too have a check that was sent out and it still hasnt been applied to my account. I owe no money and it should have been placed /applied to my account by the beginning of March. So I reached out to the ** AP and they stated that the check was cash. It just hasnt been cleared because the bet rose is waiting for people to leave the premises to cash that check and add to her personal belongings. Im so sure considering this company has gone through a similar situation, considering she comes from a place who actually got caught stealing *************. Files need to be gone through this woman adds fees just to add them. Take a ballot from the development Im sure its not all pleasant talk. *********************** is Stealing and as a current tenant until I move needs to be stopped! This woman should not be allowed to tamper with peoples living. **AP IS A FUND TO HELP TENANTS NOT TO LINE POCKETS WHY ARE LANDLORDS ABLE TO STEAL GOV**NMENT FUNDS KAMSON NEEDS TO DO BETT** AS A CORPORATION Reality is majority of the time when money is involved. Chances of an employee stealing is very likely thats common sense and people should be addressed on how to manage money move money. If ******* didnt take the money WHO DID? This is a mystery that should be solved ASAP

    I am entitled to double the security deposit due to them being past 30 days late on returning it, as well as, giving me a bad check. They agreed to give me double at first then took that back. Now I am going to court to **** BEWARE!!!!!
