My initial claim was filed by me through the *** website. But this company called me back . I DIDNT KNOW THAT they was advocates for ***. I just thought it was part of the process. I HAVE submitted all my own paperwork work, and medical records to ****************** *** called me two weeks later to see if I had submitted the paperwork. I am not sure what I have them for...

I found my denial by logging in online myself. I didn't receive any documents until two weeks later. I reached out to my attorney via email and VM and it's been a week with no email/text/call from anyone. I did all the work gathering the paperwork. Hiring Gar Disability Advocates was a mistake. Only to be denied right at the end of the (maximum days) it usually takes in **. My attorney should be taking care of all of this and reaching out to me with their plan of action.

I signed on with GAR, *********************, in the hospital on my dying bed in January of 2023. I have been waiting over 600 days just to get my claim reviewed for the first time. I have had no assistance what so ever since. To date I am still waiting for a first time review on my liver transplant and back and neck (which happened after my transplant in January 2023. This has been life or death for me and I guess I will end up with the last 30, 000 Americans waiting on SSDI decisions.

In order to post this, I had to rate a star, which is ridiculous. I am very afraid this ********************* Company is a scam. I just found out that they were/are representing me on my disability case two days ago after appealing my case for nearly two years and just now finally getting a hearing. The receptionist that answered the phone stopped answering my calls and continues to send me to a voicemail of someone that has not returned my calls, it's been four straight days. I do NOT WANT THIS COMPANY TO REPRESENT ME! Again I am so very disappointed and truly hurt that this company would take advantage through scamming disabled people at their worst time of life!

Yes I've contacted the main office and the front receptionist is very unprofessional and disrespectful she hung up in my face she has it where I cannot get in contact with my lawyer. I would like to file a complaint against her and I no longer want to use this company as representation due to that characters behavior

Wish I could leave a ZERO or HALF star. Despite telling them I wanted NOTHING MORE TO DO WITH THEM ... they continue to contact SSA "on my behalf." Can they NOT take NO for an answer???
